      *******************, who owns Lonestar Heating & Air, has been doing all my maintenance and service for 18 years. His receptionist, **** ***, has always been, friendly knowledgeable, professional and eager to please the customer. She is a very important part of the business. **** is *******************, friendly and very knowledgeable about the needs of my heating and air systems. He is always on time for appointments and always more than fair on price. He did maintenance, repair and replacement on my old system and now continues twice a year maintenance on my new system. He has proved he is dependable, capable and trustworthy to the point I consider him a friend. With proven service like that, I see no reason to ever use any other company for any of my heating or air needs. Lonestar Heating & Air has a slogan, "Service You Can Hang Your Hat On", and I can personally verify that is true for ***** **** ***, and all the employees of Lonestar Heating & Air.

      Extremely satisfied customer for over 8 years. They were referred to me by a friend and so glad I followed the recommendation. I have utilized them for preventative maintenance, repair, and installation of a new unit. Anytime I had any type of issue and they would provide great customer service. Even when having to leave a message, the receptionist calls right back to provide any type of assistance until shr can get someone out to provide assistanc. This company keeps parts on their trucks which allows speedy repairs and not having to wait for 2 weeks for a part. Its very difficult finding an A/C company with technicians that you can trust, but this is one of the good ones who has shown me that they trully care about me as a customer.

      I am delighted to give Lone Star Heating and Air my highest recommendation. I have been using their preventative maintenance services for many years at both my home and my business. I feel like I am part of their extended family and totally trust *************** advice and suggestions about how to best preserve the longevity of my heating and A/C units. Weve changed out a few units over the years, but only after all other repair methods have been exhausted.**** ***, who takes care of customer service and scheduling, has often graciously worked with me when I needed to make a change to a service date or had an emergency that required service ASAP. If I had to come up with one disappointment, it is that Lone Star Heating and Air was not able to service my properties in ****** or East *****. **** did, however, review the quotes I received from the local providers and made sure I was receiving the appropriate systems and I wasnt being gouged by high prices. For that, I will be forever grateful!

Very satisfied with contacting and setting up appointments. response is very fast. The owner ****, when he arrives is quick to fine problem and repair it. Always expanding what he finds.       **** ***,is very rude, unprofessional,not a good company to do business with.they did not install the correct unit for my home,and then they want to blame me for there mistake of incorrectly adding the wrong measurement s ,for the wrong unit .savs you self time and money ,find another company.

      *************** is an integral part of Lonestar Heating & Air. She handles up to 100 calls in an 8 hour time frame. IF she was rude it was unintentional. She tends to be abrupt and to the point which is often mistaken for rudeness. I do not believe you were blamed for an incorrect measurement or for the wrong system. In fact, according to the Energy Star Guidelines for Manufactured Housing, the 3.5 ton unit we installed is the correct size for the square footage of your home. We did some upgrades that helped the air flow volume for this system. At this time we are still working with you to correct your problems with your satisfaction with this system even though it is operating as it was designed. We would appreciate your continued consideration as we work to solve problems.
