These apartments have harassed me for the last two months accusing my ***s of using the bathroom on the porch when I know that it not the case. They are trying to force me to clean their property of other peoples f**** and my downstairs neighbors porch, who they are well aware has harassed me before, of something I nor my animals have done and have told me I cant let me dogs sit on my porch when I am home to watch them. This is a new manager and I have now had to pay doctors bills to get another *** letter, not to mention have faced continuous harassment by them since the new manager started. They refuse to get me or the other person on the lease ****** in contact with higher management. They refuse to show proof that it is my animals doing so and just say it is obvious its coming from my balcony.

      Good afternoon,

      Good afternoon, *****

It has been brought to my attention that a complaint of harassment has been made. As stated in our first in-person conversation Friday March, 17th, I cannot speak to the actions of anyone who sat in the Managers chair prior to my arrival. I am only able to assess and address what has happened since my management began (three weeks ago). I appreciate your prompt response and diligence in regards to the *** letter required to have your animals on property. As stated in our conversation, I ensure all members of our community here at Crestbrook are treated equal, which includes their pets and procedures. In our conversation Friday, March 17th you stated it was a possibility the f**** was from your pets due to cleaning it off and possibly not noticing. Your animals are allowed on the balcony, but you must be present. They are not to spend long periods on the balcony (to avoid issues of pottying, barking or disturbances).

I am glad you are able to get in touch with higher management and I look forward to resolving this issue for the better of our community here at Crestbrook.

      Thank you!

I am rejecting this response because: I said the possibility was extremely slim as I monitor them religiously and your exact words were probably dont let them out anymore so this does not happen again. I looked at my porch and there is not a single amount of f**** or urine present. You also bullied me into that response as you would not quit hounding me on it. Even accused me of dumping things like my snakes substrate off my porch. Your email and phone call yesterday was extremely rude and condescending towards me and you threatened to charge me for f**** that wasnt mine, as even in the pictures I emailed you, the f**** was MUCH to small to have come from one of my 50lbs PLUS emotional service animals.

      Regards,

Since moving into this apartment the lady under me has called the office multiple times claiming to smell marijuana and now saying I dumped pet f**** over my balcony like I collected it in my apartment to throw it over or something. Shes even called the cops. The office has now filed a lease violation against me due to that claim saying I disturbed the peace and did property damage when I did none of the such. I am only home normally at nights, and the ONE weekend the lady under me is home yet another complaint is filed? I have done nothing wrong and they have presented me with no proof that I did this f**** dumping. I work in veterinary medicine and I know the impact f**** dumping gas on animals and the environment so I would NEVER do this. Management consistently bangs on my door accusing me of illegal activity by the word of the lady under me and consistently acts like I have done something wrong when I have done NOTHING but pay my rent on time, and keep to myself. I dont even play music after 10pm to avoid risking disturbing my neighbors.

Good Afternoon, I received a call from a resident to complain that animal f**** was dumped over the patio above her it had also splattered onto this resident patio below and the ground.  My assistant and myself went to check out what was going on. We arrived to find animal f**** on the ground at the patio the smell was so  bad. We then went to the resident above to check to see. ***** answered the door half way the smell that was coming from the inside of her apartment was so bad smelled just like was outside. I asked her about the smell. She explained she had not had a day off in a month and did need to clean her litter box. A big dog was barking from the inside I had asked way the f**** was dumped over the patio she said she did not do it. We had let her know it needed to be cleaned imminently she said she was not going to clean it. My maintenance cleaned the area up. She did receive a lease violation for the dumping and not cleaning up. ***************************** also a resident in the unit with ***** called me. She was upset and was explaining she does not stay their but contacted *****. I explained she might want to go check out the smell that the animals seem to be unattended if she has not been there and she could contact me back after she has seen the unit. Regarding the marijuana we are a non-smoking community. If we receive complaints we do go and check. I did not smell any that day I went and check it was the next morning. I will just explain its been brought to our attention and I give a warning that we are a non-smoking community. Please let me know if you need any other information from me. Thank you.
