My niece is using Dodge Caliber and the check engine light came on and then stopped working. Called Burlesons Best and informed by owner it would be about 2-4 weeks if the car needed a new motor. Had car towed non working to Burlesons Best Auto June 2021 . Burlesons Best indicated car needed replacement. Agreed to refurbished motor. Told another week. In August 19,2021 informed owner of Burlesons Best niece needed it for school. Owner indicated another few days, Owner said check engine light still on needed another day. Explained school issues owner said it run and can bring back anytime for 1 day to complete. I paid $3,639.95 for work. In October niece took back to Burlesons Best for engine light and car making weird noises. Then told needed another part but owner said I already paid for it so hed look around for one. He told my niece she could drive it and hed let her know when it was in. I called him in December and told him the part was needed to get the car inspected. He said it was not available in the USA and on a boat. Still waiting, car still doesnt work correctly and unable to register. All calls we are told itll be available in a few days. Im out the money and car doesnt work.
