On 10/10/2022 a $1216.61 dress was order to be shipped to my home address in a week for my daughter sweet 15. The event was 11/12/22. I never got the dress. I reached out to merchant and asked for tracking number which was provided the status of the tracking number was they had only created the label but never shipped it to my home. I have reached out multiple time and is refusing to help he said too bad if you didnt get it.This package had a restriction that it needed to be signed.I have an email where the owner is refusing to help.Business response

Hello,
This client has completely distorted her story. We received the clients gown to our retail location in **********, ** on October 17th, 2022. We contacted the client to confirm the shipping address. During our call, the client responded saying they no longer want the gown as they had a death in the family and cant use the dress. We explained our sales policy/return policy. The client then proceeded to state that she never authorized the charge. She claimed she has filed a police report as her daughter and sister used her card without permission. We explained her stance constitutes fraud which could get her daughter and sister in trouble. She proceeded to say she was okay with that. She then proceeded with a chargeback via her credit card company. We supplied our copies of all her documents and emails. Her credit card company and our credit card processor ruled in our favor. She is under the misunderstanding that we charged her card again. Her credit card company simply reinstated her charge. She has now proceeded to change her story again claiming she needed to cancel her order due to her daughter having cancer. This client has resorted to lying and deceiving. We as a retailer have held on to the gown as the client has been deceptive in her previous interactions. The client reached out again this week requesting tracking, we again explained we need appropriate shipping information or the client can come to the location to pick up the gown. The client has gone as far as contacting the local police department and trying to justify her delusion and the officer ascertained we have conducted ourselves in an appropriate manor and in line with all our company policies and procedures. The client has gone as far as defaming us on media sites. This client is clear to pick up when ready.

I am rejecting this response because: there was no reason to hold the dress at your location . Paid for the shipping so there for it should had been shipped

Hello,
Please have client provide an accurate shipping address and we will gladly ship out the item. We have withheld shipment due to her chargeback attempt and various lies surrounding the purchase.

I am rejecting this response because: there was no need to hold the item if I paid for shipping then it should have been shipped the item was needed by 11/12/22 which is obviously was never shipped and longer needed. Weather if there was Lires or not the item should have been shipped regardless.
