They did a good job on the roof but damaged the trim on the front of my house. I havent received a response to my complaint for a month.

A representative from Heritage Construction (*****) came to my house to give me an Estimate for a total roof replacement. He needed to write a supplemental because the insurance gave a lowball amount of money for a full roof. This was around the first of June. He said he would get right back with me and take additional pictures and submit them for a supplemental to my insurance company. It is nearly the end of July, and he still hasnt returned. This after many false promises of being right over.

After a recent hail storm, *********************** came by and offered a no commitment roof inspection. With his findings he was confident with the claim, and helped me submit it. **** even came by with the adjuster! After the claim was processed we walked through our options and scheduled construction. The guys showed up and finished the roof in a day. The entire process was seamless, professional, and efficient. Heritage Roofing did a great job!

Cant say enough about the service I received from ************************* with Heritage Roofing in ************, **. From the very beginning, **** fought for me when my insurance company tried to deny my claim for a new roof. After two denials, he told me not to give up and found another avenue to pressure my insurance company. 6 months later, my claim was approved and **** met with my us to pick out colors. My family felt comfortable trusting **** and his team did excellent work replacing the roof. The attention to detail from the roofers was beyond what I anticipated and higher quality than many of the roofers my neighbors chose. I will continue to recommend **** to my friends and family.

We had 2 roofers look at our roof after hail storm. Both were difficult to communicate with and very little help with assisting on the insurance claim. Met *************************** when he was helping neighbor with new roof and he jumped in and was a tremendous help. Very responsive, helpful, and his crew did a great job. I have nothing but positive things to say about Heritage Roofing and my contact *****************************. Many companies have knocked on my door for free roof inspections after a recent hail storm. He is the first I allowed to do so. I trusted him. I wasnt wrong. They knocked it out in a day and the roof looks stunning! Great color. He even took care of the cost of some extra materials needed. The contract was explained well and everything went great without a hitch. I highly recommend Heritage Roofing!

Contacted Heritage, ***********************, to look at a small leak. A worker shows up who I greet and just hands me a phone to talk to a guy named ***** (no introduction, just saw the contact name on the phone) who I explained I wanted a spot to be looked at but no work to be done yet. The guy on site looked uninterested in being there, no greeting, no handshake and then he took the direction from ****** I explained the leak to this worker, showing pictures from inside the attic where there was a soft spot under the shingles (no solid wood board). He was made visually aware of the soft spot. The worker slams the ladder against the house causing damage to good shingles and dents / scratches on the hardi plank, then begins stomping on the roof as he's walking to the spot I pointed out on the first floor. I told him to stop, under no condition do you ever do that, he even appeared to jump a few times. He went to the soft spot and touched it (all that was necessary), feeling the shingles being soft, took pictures, then stomped on the spot creating a damaging open hole in the roof. At that point I yelled to get down and stop. My wife came running out hearing the jumping on the roof (mechanical engineer), and he begin walking away from the spot and stomping new areas. It appeared he was making the issue worse to obligate me to a repair without quoting me the damage. I demanded he get off the roof, and leave. Called another roofer out not mentioning what happened prior, ****** Roofing. ***** was very professional and walked softly inspecting more carefully. They will have my business.To cover this damage I went to ****** and bought some flex seal to cover up the gaping hole they created. I do not recommend them and intend and will speak out in the *** meetings against this contractor.
