We had the plumbing company come out March 25, 2022 to put a clean out in and fix a leak. In May our water company informed us we have a huge water leak. The water leak started the same day the plumbers were here. So my landlord and I have both called several times because they are responsible for fixing this leak. I have called almost everyday and they refuse to answer my calls or call me back. I even tried texting and nothing. My landlord was told they would get to it. I had surgery a month ago and have had many problems. We can't use the water anytime we want, we have certain times that my husband turns the water on. I'm really past the point of trying anymore. We can't afford our water **** because of the leak. We are using 58 gallons per hour!!My water **** has doubled and would like to have them refund that money.
