On Friday November 24th I ordered a flannel shirt from Maroon U online. The cost of this merchandise was $104.95, order #*****. It was either later that evening or Saturday morning I received an email stating starting on Monday everything in the store would be 50% off. I tried to cancel my order Saturday, but there was nowhere on the website to do so. I called the store and spoke to a salesperson who confirmed I couldn't cancel online, that it had to be a manager. She advised the manager was not in yet, but would have her call later that day. I didn't receive a call. i tried again Sunday and was advised there was no manager there but they would leave a note. She also advised me that it would be best to cancel my order and reorder on Monday. I advised I can't do it online and she stated that only an online coordinator could cancel my order or give me the difference in a credit. She advised the online coordinator only works Monday through Friday but would leave a note for them to call me. Monday I did not receive a call so I called again. She advised the online coordinator and manager were extremely busy but she would again leave a note for them to contact me. She advised it might take two days for them to call me. As of today, Thursday November 30th I have not received a call. My merchandise was shipped Monday. This is very frustrating as I did everything I could short of driving from ****** to *************** to resolve this situation.Business response
