They damaged a few large pieces of our furniture by putting them on their side - like our office desk and large coffee table in their truck. They quoted us two trucks to carry all of our stuff but we still had over half of our storage unit that they couldn’t fit. They shattered glass shelves wrapped securely in bubble wrap by mishandling them. They lost screws and pins that put bookshelves and a large kitchen hutch and storage unit together. They lost the hangers to my daughter’s door mirror and to one of my shelves. They placed large heavy boxes on fragile lighter boxes and plastic bins that got crushed and damaged. The owner called and said he’d call my husband back to make restitution but he never did.Business response

This is an unfortunate situation. On July 23rd t** ******** **** ***** **** *********** ** ** *** *** ******* ***** at that time the company was owned by **** *** ******* ***** I had worked for **** *** ******* **** as an office manager, and I have never heard of a customer having such a terrible experience. On July 27th the company was sold to Jason and Andrea P***** ******* *** ** ******** So when this particular move took place, I did not own the company. I have uploaded documents showing when the company was purchased, but unfortunately, I do not have any documents from the move as the previous owner has them.
