      On June 1, 2023, I booked flights on-line for my wife and I (******* ****** to ******* ******** return) with AceTravelers. The actual flights were with Air Transat departing on Sep 10, 2023 and returning on Sep 26, 2023. I received an e-mail later on June 1, 2023 saying "Congratulations. Your flight has been confirmed and the details are as follows". The credit card payment $1,311.68 USD ($1,830.25 CAD) was also taken. On Sep 9, 2023 I attempted to check-in on line for our flights and received feedback that there was no such booking. I immediately called AceTravelers and they said that the booking was not made because the price had gone up just as I was making the booking back on June 1st. They said they would check if there was a "last minute" flight still available for that flight. There was but it would cost more $2,375.32 USD ($3,265.16 CAD). I agreed to purchase this ticked as my daughter was getting married in ******** and my wife and I needed to get there on-time.When I returned to ******, I called AceTravelers to complain and demand a refund for the overspend. After a couple of phone calls I was told that they have submitted a refund request for $2,375.32 USD. I received an e-mail from "Trip Front" an affiliate to ************ confirming that the refund request had been submitted. I was also told in a subsequent phone call that the refund request had been approved. This all sounded good except the payment back to my credit card was never processed despite the fact that I had phoned them several times over the past months. They kept saying the refund was coming. My recent attempts to call AceTravelers and Trip Front at the numbers that worked in the past now come back with the message that my call cannot be completed as dialed.

      March ******* we made a flight booking with trip front. Later that same morning we canceled that booking and made another booking. The first booking was only partially refunded and we are wanting the balance. In photo there are two charges refunded but the last one was not. ******* Canadian or ****** US.

      I brought two tickets from *** to pos My return ticket was reject at the air port and was told it was never book also no payment was made by tripfront JAN 30, 2024 TFRNT -CARIBBEAN AIRL *********** TX $511.46 This is my info on the ticket I call trip front and talk to ****** ext 5034. I was told I will be refunded with no compensation. I am still waiting on my refund about 3 months , I have call 20 time and was told my money will be refunded.I would like to be compensated for all my trouble and be refunded ***************************

      Purchased two tickets for ***** airlines via Trip front on October 21,2023 and the flight was cancelled after the transaction. Reference #TR1671982 given Contacted Trip fronts customer service to get a refund for the non-existent flight and I was told that I didnt pay for the ticket however the money was deducted from my account. I tried going through ***** Airlines who said they couldnt help due to it being through a third party merchant. I went to my PNC back for them to dispute it and I was able to get back $1161.15 out of $1919.30 that was the total cost of the tickets. The bank says the remaining $758.15 was not approved and I am seeking to get reimbursed for this remaining

      This is regarding Booking Reference No: *********. We booked this on April 2, 2024 On April 13, 2024 we cancelled the trip that was scheduled for July 7, 2024. See attached documents for reservation and refund details. I call and send emails three times a week and we have yet to receive our refund of $4,993.46. The customer service keeps you on hold for 30 minutes at a time and is evasive over the phone. This company is terrible. They are a total scam and completely fraudulent. We are still waiting for our $4,993.46 refund and will not stop contacting them and filing complaints until we have our money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

      Booked a flight on 13 Jan 24 from Trip Front.They cancelled my flight same day.Told me my refund would take 1 to 2 months.Here it's 25 April I still have not received it.I called them 4 times each time they said I would be getting it in 1 to 10 business days.Have not gotten any thing from them.

      I was scheduled to fly to ********* yesterday at 10:11 pm last night, but after arriving at the airport I was told that the airlines didn't have a reservation for me. I had to purchase another ticket for the next day and when I tried to contact trip front several times for my refund, I was placed on hold and eventually hung up on. My round trip cost was $264.72 and I would like to get my money back in full.

      Trip Front (the co) I purchased a ticket through this company Sep 07, 2022 for $358.95 a Southwest Flight. Booking Ref. #TFON259187 and my card was charged the amount. When trying to check in the night before for my flight was told I had no reservation. Called Southwest and ******* told me looks like the transaction tried to pull the seat but did not go through. I tried right away with in the next few weeks to report to the company and get my due credit. *** told me they filed a refund and should be within the next 60 to 90 days. Never came. Called back after hitting 4 months **** and again rep told me they would file for a refund. Still never came. They keep telling me they are doing it and to wait. I caught ***** and broke my foot last year so took my mind away from this issue. Now when I call them I get different numbers to call which is nobody that can help and they just act like they are going to help me and put me on hold or just hang up on me. This was so horrible I thought I was not going to be able to get a ticket the night before because this was for the holiday Thanks Giving the first one with my family since my sons passing. I was devastated. please help me to get back my money. Thank you so much.

      1. Booking Reference No: TFON406168Date Booked: Sep 14, 2022, 17:18 PST 2. On November 7th 2022 they cancelled my trip that was scheduled for November 9th, 2022 3. I had received this Email :Thank you for choosing TripFront.com As per our conversation and as agreed, we have cancelled your booking number TFON406168,with no cancellation fee.We have submitted a refund request in the amount of $571.67 USD to be refunded back to your original form of payment. While we make every attempt that the amount is credited back to you at the earliest, in some exceptional cases this may take one to two billing cycles to reflect on your credit card statement.Kind regards,Customer Service ************************** 4. On November 7th I had received this Email:Dear *********,We regret to inform you that your booking has been canceled and amount had been refunded The amount is already refunded in the original form of payment and you should have the funds in a maximum of 6 to 8 weeks from now.Regards Customer S.5. I have sent about 10 Emails to follow-up and this is the Email I had received the same template email every time:Dear Customer,Thank you for reaching out to us, we appreciate your business with us.We acknowledge your E-mail, Apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please allow us to inform you that we have escalated this concern to our team. They will take care of it shortly.For any further information we request you to reach us at ***************************************** Thanks and regards,Customer Service 6. On October 15th, 2023 still haven't received my reimbursement, today and as most of the time, at the minute I give my REF NO TFON406168 their agents hang up on me. I keep calling back, last September an agent (****) from the billing department. ************** said that I will be receiving my cheque by mail at my home by October 6th, which I still haven't received it. He validated my home address which had been validated many times so far from different agents.

      I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution. 

      The only thing that is outstanding, is the cheque for $571.67 US that you have promised to send me.  Once that cheque has been put into my bank account, I will be entirely satisfied.

      Thank you for the work that you have initiated, I fully appreciate it.

      In the event that I haven't received the cheque by at the latest mid-February, I will contact you again.  However, if I do receive the cheque, I will let you know.
