On March 27, 2023 my front tooth had fallen and I went to this office so that it could be re-cementing instead of addressing the issue. Dentists started it requesting a deep cleaning a molar removal a tooth extraction, but never addressing my issue I was under the impression, I would be living there with a temporary tooth being that they did a mold for my tooth dentist was not going to do a bridge. She was going to put a flipper which meant I would have to takeoff every night that was not what I signed up for. Actually, I did not even sign any papers. When I called the office and spoke with ***** to tell her thats not what I want it. She said they would refund my money but would keep $500 for half of the deep cleaning they had done I again asked her if the doctor would, please make me a cemented tooth her response was the doctor said no and the doctor would tack on $200 extra for the mold that I never got fitted I am going on the month trying to get my money back put in to the Care Credit and now they tell me that they need corporate office permission and they dont have the number to corporate office so as I sit here writing this complain very depressed $2000 in debt and toothless please help me thank you.

To whom this may concern: I reached out to the clinic manager and regional manager since i noticed, notes on the patients profile. Yesterday 04-19-2023, ***** ** personally called the patient explained the protocol the office manager followed that the proper refund request protocol for our company. and assured her she would expedite her refund . With the patient on the phone, she refunded back $1500.00 to her care credit card. Only deducting $500 for her deep cleaning that she signed consent for. She further more explained the dentist findings that tooth #9 needed to be extracted due to poor conditions and a bridge was not the ideal decision because the adjacent teeth were also in poor conditions and would not hold. she was referred out for possible implant for that tooth. She also was made aware and signed consent for extraction, cleaning and immediate flipper and later decided that she did not want anymore. A lab fee will be applied to the dentist automatically for sending out the case and we have decided to wave the fee from the patient. making us at a loss for $200.00. I asked the patient to come in and sign her refund paper work and she declined, She asked that I mail it to her. I also explained that once we issue the refund that care credit is now responsible to issuing the patient the money back to her bank and we no longer have control of that and also provided customer service phone number to patient if she needed it. All documentation has been saved on patient profile.
