Amazing service and exceptional treatment of my AC issues. I will use Cool Daddy for all my AC or heating problems from now on. Gerardo was a very professional service man and I am very pleased with the way he handled my problem.

I am very pleased with Cool Daddy HVAC Solutions, LLC. Referred by a friend and Gerardo came out the very next day. He thoroughly explained in a way that I could understand. There was no pressure from him and I trusted his opinion . We scheduled a date to replace all my ducts and they came today, on time, They protected my wood floors and went to work. Here at 8:15 and done by 1:30. I’m very pleased with their work ethic and the job they did. Professional, respectful, caring, hard working and so knowledgeable. AMAZING customer service from Mr. Gerardo AND the technician (I apologize Mr. tech, I was so happy you were able to make it, that I didn’t catch your name)! The technician was Prompt, knowledgeable, professional and did not mind answering any questions I had. They definitely saved the night! I am so grateful they were able to accommodate us in such short notice and get everything back up and running. Great experience, definitely will be reaching out to them again! Hopefully don’t have to anytime soon, but if the inevitable happens we will be calling COOL DADDY HVAC.Cool Daddy HVAC Solutions LLC Response
