      Horrible experience, no communication, no updates, nothing and when you call to ask or send an email it's like your bothering them. **************** was Horrible. Was told 4-6 weeks took almost 16 weeks. Was told by first told by one sells man one price with shipping then got told something totally different by the other sells woman. Fog curtain was piece of plastic with holes looks nothing like promised. Overcharge for cheap items. Change color to logo.

      Customer contacted our office originally in January 2024 and spoke with sales agent *. ******.  Mr ****** quoted him unit pricing and current timeframe at that point was 6-8 weeks.  At which point the customer said he would need to acquire financing for the tunnel and he would get back to **.  By the time he contacted our office again, March 2024, he called our office ready to order with financing approval he still needed to sign the approved documents and pay the 50% deposit (all signed documents are included with this response).  By the time financing paid his invoice we were ***** weeks in production, as the 2 months that passed from his original call to time of order we received over 200 orders that were placed into production which increases timeframes on a weekly basis.  Customer approved current timeframe and we proceeded with his order, his signed an approved rendering knowing that his artwork he supplied us was not clear print quality as outlined on the signed rendering attached.  When non print quality artwork is submitted the color and quality of the print fall into the customer's responsibility as all lettering, front door, and any and all additions made to the tunnel are printed it is imperative that the customer provide quality artwork prior to production.  The customer decided he wanted our patent pending Fog Curtain and Strobe Lighting added to his unit prior to order being placed.  We utilize wholesale suppliers to provide the equipment (Fog machine, lighting and blowers) which we do not manufacture and it is clearly lined out in the terms he signed that those units *** is not responsible for in the warranty process, the end user will have to obtain warranty information with the *** supplier of said equipment.  The customers only complaint besides receiving his unit "late" was the quality of light that the strobes provided and he sent his sales agent strobe lighting he found on ****** (Not our supplier) and a screen shot from a guitar company for the fog machine (again not our supplier) and the color and quality of print on his front door (the approved artwork he sent us).   He did not only order a fog machine he ordered a custom fog curtain which is lined out on the invoice includes a blower, fog machine and labor, materials and technology of the vinyl material fog curtain (not plastic) sewn with velcro and attached to velcro sewn onto the tunnel during manufacturing.  He has been asking for money back on lighting, fog curtain and shipping.  Everything besides shipping was paid to *** via QuickSpark financing.  He emailed early this week while we were exhibiting at our largest sports trade show of the year.  His sales agent responded to him informing him of that situation and that a higher management would be reaching out to resolve his concerns.  Before he allowed time for a response he filed this complaint and a 1 star review on ****** as well.  At no time did the customer ask to cancel in whole or in part any of his order.  Customer is more than welcome to bring us the unit back at his expense and provide us print quality artwork for us to reprint and sew at his expense a new front door so the coloring will match the rest of his tunnel.  As for the rest of his complaints we will not warranty or refund for that equipment as outlined in our agreed terms and conditions again that are attached to this response.  We will also not refund shipping to him or his inflatable since he is 100% responsible for freight also outlined in the terms and his inflatable was manufactured 100% to his requests and cannot be resold to any other team or used for any other order.

      I am rejecting this response because:  the strob lights are not up to standard for what I paid. Also the fog curtain does not preform as advertised. My logo had never been light blue so that was change on their side I even downloaded multiple apps to get the picture looking as they asked.
