      I bought a moped from them and had it shipped. It came with the wrong tools and wrong mirrors. They didnt provide instructions. The you tube videos they sent were wrong. The muffler cover came off three times and was lost in traffic. I ordered this bike 2/25 and I have been fighting with this seller and with Amazon to get reimbursed $100. The muffler destroyed my finances belongings. We have spent over $600 now taking it to the shop and back. The bolts were wrong. Wrong gaskets. The tech said this is a made in china piece of cr*p. The seller wants to do nothing. They just keep saying its not within 30 days. It WAS within 30 days when I first mentioned it. They refused to help.

      On 29 may 2024 I purchased a moped from this individual on ****** for a total of $1121.52. I received it by freight on 5 June 2024. A couple of days later, I unpacked it to ensure everything was there. While unpacking I found the right brake line had been rubbed to the point it cut through the rubber making it inoperable. I contacted the seller they informed me they were not going to pay labor to have it fixed. I informed them they either fix it or refund my money. After 2 days of no response from seller I contacted amazon who made them respond. They said I could return it at my expense, but they won't issue a refund until they receive it. I informed them on their ****** post it states because the item contains hazardous materials it cannot be returned, if it could it should be their responsibility to pay for return shipping. It's been 2 days no response about the refunding or paying for return shipping. Per federal law if an item is received not in working condition the seller is responsible to replace, refund or fix because its considered a breach of contract. Nowhere in the law does it state the buyer holds any monetary responsibility. I want a full refund and if they want the moped back, then they need to arrange for its return, not me.

      06/01/2019 Estimation of ********************* committed to providing me a NEW CONDITION ************* Qauntum Tour 150cc moped -UPON FURTHER INSPECTION I RECIEVED A ***** THAT WAS DEFECTIVE WITH RIPPED EXTERIOR (SEAT RIPPED,DAMAGED) , LOOSE BOLTS, WRONG PARTS , ENGINE NOT FULLY FUNCTIONING DUE TO NOISES ***** WAS MAKING WHEN IGNITIONED - MOST OF IF NOT AL THE PARTS RESIDING IN THE ***** WERE EXTREMELY TO THE POINT THAT BOLTS FELT OFF WHILE DRIVING AND LED LIGHT WOULD TURN ON AND OFF , ACCERATION OF ***** WOULD BOGGLE IN THE SENSE WHERE IT WOULD ACT AS THOUGH IT WASNT ABLE TO ACCELERATE WHILE MY HAND WAS FULLY ENGAGED IN ACCELERATION HANDLE Any one can easily get stranded or get into an accident if the moped were to just stop in the road as it did with mine while cars are passing , which may pose as a criminal offense in the sense where this company is aware of the parts it provides upon sale which if by knowledge allow to have a moped running with such extremely cheap parts could pose a safety risk and if they fully knew that this happens often with there mopeds and choose not to do Anything about it they are essentially liable for putting there customers at risk of Death or accident, Which is Immoral.-when i made the purchase i was under the impression i would recieve a high quality Moped that would last me years to come , the moped only Lasted a portion of that Year. unfortunately i am merely a peasant and WAS not knowledgable of the Quality of the product through parts and as a Whole , upon further inspection, while ofcourse the experience of riding the moped and the times that i wasnt even able to without the thought of being stranded or having the moped shut off on me and cease to work or worse , stop abrubtly in in a road where cars are passing by fast The Seat that they provided after didnt even fit my moped , I was left with a piece of Junk and robbed of almost $1000

      I recently purchased a kids 4 ******* quad off amazon through 'Smart Deals Now" with that being said the quad arrived on time. When we got the item and placed it together the front tired had a bent rim and the tire was not drivable. I immediately requested to speak to someone and explained the situation. They offered to sent us a replacement tire and rim for the quad. (side note this was placed 12/28/23. It is not 2/5/24 I received the tire (which they sent was USED, DAMAGED, BENT RIM, DIRTY, & NO VALVE COVER STEM TIRE IS DATED 2021!!!. I sent the pictures of the item they claimed was shipped from *****. (packaging stated it came from *****. They literally ripped it off another quad threw it in the box damaged lied told me it was new. Told me I was wrong. Told me they wouldn't even offer a partial refund for shipping which cost me almost $400.00 after they asked what I was seeking for a refund. I learned this company is contacting customers on the side to avoid the chat being monitored through amazon. MESSAGE TO ANY FUTURE CUSTOMERS DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. They are simply rude and not helpful they don't give a s*** what they send nor care about anyone purchasing from them. Thank GOD amazon is amazing and assisting with the A-Z claim which I knew nothing about until I kept calling and trying to get answers. I am looking only for my partial refund I didn't even try to fight for a full refund since this cannot be returned. They are unwilling to assist but only offer to send another measly broken non useable part. Of course they are willing to continue sending c*** It comes from a c*** seller with c*** customer service. They need to be removed off selling anywhere and go take up some business class tips. Hopefully there is some sort of resolution considering I will stop at NO end until this is resolved. Sounds about right for their F rating here on BBB as well. Price of this item was 655 total cost with shipping and taxes $980.00

      I ordered a motorcycle called the titan on 5/1/23 and it was delivered on 5/7/23 after receiving the motorcycle that I paid $3,000 for I realized it was not the correct bike. I contacted the smart deals now and was told they were out of stock of the one I ordered so they sent me what they had. After looking up the bike they sent me on their site I discovered they sell this bike for a little over $1,000 so they just sent me a cheap one since they didnt have the expensive one that I bought in stock. I told them thats not okey with me and they advised that I could return it if I wasnt happy with the substitution however it would be $499 shipping and would be another $499 to ship another one out to me so I just decided to keep it however they will not send me a title. I have asked over and over the past 2 months to please send me my title and they have text me a tracking number saying my title is in the mail then the tracking number says shipment canceled by sender this has happened 3 times now. Its been over two months and I now have a different and way cheaper motorcycle than I originally purchased and its useless because I cant even get a title for it so its illegal for it to be on the road. This place is a scam! They have stopped answering any calls or emails. I have no proof this motorcycle is even mine with no paperwork. I couldnt even get them to send me a receipt. I turned to the BBB site for answers but it appears everyone is having the same issues with this business. If they dont resolve this issue I guess Ill just have to take legal action.

      I purchased 2 Atv's through ****** that this company had advertised on their site. Two were shipped one arrived damaged. Contacted ****** to get in contact with the merchant to advise them of the damage 12 hrs after delivery. The merchant replied with it was an alignment issue and to take it to ********** and have them work on it. I showed them that it was not an alignment issue and that the frame was clearly bent. I did this with With photos of the distances that it was off. Then they said that I signed for the delivery of the two of them in good condition and no damages upon arrival. Which was a completely incorrect statement, I did not sign anything, because I couldn't inspect the Atv's as the were in crates stacked on top of one another. Then they informed me I could return it to them, but I would have to pay for shipping, and that ******'s policy clearly states that I would have to pay for return shipping. This isn't buyers remorse, this showed up damaged. I payed for shipping for a new item not a damaged one, why would I have to pay for shipping for their *** shipping company damaged in the first place. Also, being that this company is not claiming any responsibility for anything, whose to say when it did get shipped back that they wouldn't say that it was damaged by my shipping company. Unfortunately I am not the only person to encounter this, there are many complaints on here and many reviews stating similar instances.

It meets the guidelines for a street legal vehicle,but we are unable to have a license tag without a LEGAL TITLE for the application for the Georgia DMV. We need the hard copy of the title with the Country of Origin or Certificate of Origin. ZHEJIANG TAOTAO Vehicles Co.
