I'm so disappointed in them it makes me sick. I was really excited about the motorcycle.. if I would have known how difficult it was to get response, repairs,or even replacements. I wouldn't have never bought it.Review from Eddie A

Scam.They sent me a fake ******* message saying that my payment information has to be resubmitted because my payment was declined. Please people, look at the *** the email came from. Front be stupid. And check directly by logging into your ******* account but not from an email link.Review from Guy S

Smart Deals Now should be closed by the BBB. Amazon should not have them listed on website, since they do not meet their standards for business. I've never had more aggravation with a company, and they never resolved my issue after over 2 months and 30 emails.DO NOT BUY A THING FROM SMART DEALS NOW, EVER!Review from Lashon H

I think the employee there are on drugs. They been giving me a run around from 12 to 5. I lost brain cells just talking to them. If I knew I wouldn't waste my time and money. I actually told one of them to get off them drugs. The police need to investigate asap.Review from Sam M

They are a SCAM. I received my Credit Card Statement, and I noticed two charges I don't recall making. I called the contact number to be told that I signed up for a product where I was just paying for shipping. I did not realize by making this purchase, I was signing up for a discount service with a monthly fee. They said they would negotiate a 70% refund contingent that I would not file a refund through my credit card company, which they claimed I would lose the determination because they said I agreed to the terms during the original purchase. I should have not fallen for this SCAM, but I don't recall signing up for anything that had a monthly renewal associated with it. I also never received any confirmation email which makes this business even more suspect for fraud.Review from JAMES H

Was charged for an $1100 product that was texted to me that it was delivered and NEVER received! Tried contacting the carrier SEVERAL times with ZERO response!! OUTRAGED!! Now Im out money with NO scooter!!
