      If I could give *************************** and her entire business NEGATIVE 5 stars I would. She does not even deserve 1. The unprofessional, unresponsiveness, lack of concern is beyond me. It wont be long before everything she owns is shut down. We have been trying to get my daughters amended returns for 2020 taken care of. We told her she didnt submit papers right the first time. She argued me down saying she did. When I showed her email confirmations of documentation I sent, she still did not admit she was wrong. We have asked for additional documents the *** is asking for, after finally getting her to respond and say she would send them.NOTHING. My daughter is a full time student in veterinarian school. To be robbed of her money and not be helped to fix it is sad. But I guess as long as she continues to get her money, shes not worried about anyone else.

      To whom this may concern, 

      I ***************************, is the correspondent for Signitive Professionals. I hate that I did not see this first before sending documents to the client so that it may be rectified first in the email just sent to her. **************** does her best as a business owner to get to who she can when she can. We have over 2500 clients. We have printed messages from **************** and the client all the way back to ******************** case something like this happened. Due to trying not to make matters worse I will not disclose those on behalf of **************** unless needed. We are not what the client is portraying the company to be. The client has contacted **************** on her personal number regarding this matter. As **************** did, she contacted us to get it done. Which is what she hired us for. Over the past week **************** has had 3 deaths within days and is not taking any personal phone calls from clients. Might I add it is not easy to be in **************** shoes. I will make **************** aware of whats going on when time permits. As of now I will not bother her with this. I will get with our Senior VP to figure out the next steps.       I also would like to add that the documents that the client uploaded are the documents that are needed for the **** She has already had them. These are the same documents I just sent. I will email the client and advise her to mail in at one time.

      I am rejecting this response because: Their response is incorrect and everything I stated was facts. This company has changed the way they do business and these portals for so long. If I had the documents, I would not have reached out to ***************************** several times to get the matter resolved. I also have ALL communication via email and text that I dont mind including at all. The most recent about 2-3 weeks ago stating she never got my email and would get my daughters documents to me. I have some dated a year or two as well where ***************************** is telling me that she had to get onto her staff about not handling the task and dropping the ball. I do NOW have the documents that I need to send the *** so my daughter can get her refund. This only happened once I wrote a bad review on the company. Which is pathetic and sad. I would like an apology from this company for stating the information I filed was false. We both know it was not. This further depicts what type of company and people were dealing with. Still blaming the customers for THEIR mistakes and STILL being unprofessional. PATHETIC!!

      I sent the owner *************************** my personal information to file my taxes for years 2021-2023. She submitted a tax return in my name without providing me with any documentation. I have absolutely no idea whats going on with my taxes. I have asked multiple times for my documents and she has failed to provide me with my documents. There are many red flags. I keep getting stalled every time I ask for my documents. I contacted the *** and I was told that my refund was filed on Feb 2 and the bank account where my refund is going is to her account. She has started ignoring my text messages on her business and personal phone number. I have no type of information as to what she filed on my taxes in my name what so ever!! I dont even know the fees shes charging because she would not disclose that information. I didnt even get a change to look at my tax information before it was submitted to the *** to see if I was in agreement! I want my tax documents!! I dont want her to take any money from me without any proper communication of what her fees are. This situation has caused me great stress, anxiety, depression and has left me very worrisome.

Her mother advised as well as her brother that she would be removing the complaint. She has yet to do so. We will be taking necessary action to cancel all filings with the *** in a higher department. She will then have to file on her own. We have asked for this to be resolved but nothing has happened. Thank you for your time.

      I contacted Signitive Professionals llc on February 3, 2021 to get my llc. *************************** who is the owner told me it cost $300 I sent the money. I received the certificate, receipt and another attachment on February 4, 2021 showing that it was filed. I went online to check on it, it showed it was active so cool. But August 9,2023 I went check it see if it was still and it wouldn't come up. So, I called ***** Secretary of State and told was that it was filed but never processed because of none payment from her credit card. I tried to contacted ******* three times she didn't answer until I texted her telling I was going to report her. She then started calling and texting once I got on the phone with BBB saying she hasn't talked to me in months. Which she no excuse because she has talked to me since 2021 because my taxes since then. Also kept her updated about my 2020 refund that I didn't receive until 2023. She's making excuses and doesn't feel like she owe me anything. The lady that I spoke with said that I have to pay $375 to get this fixed.
