I ordered a Blutron One S40 scooter on 6 Feb 2023. I reached out on 3 Nov 2023 regarding the product no longer functioning. I provided all information, and pictures and completed all recommended diagnostics by 5 November. On 6 November a new battery was offered by the company. On 7 November I was assured via email that the battery would be sent out. On 22 November I received the following message. Blutron Hi. I apologize for the wait, the battery was out of stock a while ago so it was delayed in being sent out for you. The package will now be shipped by ***** with tracking number: ************.On 2 Jan I contact Blutron and they said they would try to get in touch with ***** and try to solve the problem. The tracking indicates no item was ever shipped. Now I cannot get a response from the company.
