      I ordered four clothing items from Jubilee Apparel on 11/25/22 for $252.16. My order numbers are #****, #****, & #****. My issues include misleading exchange policy, poor customer service, and a refund/exchange request. I've been contacting the Founder, *********, regarding my issues since 12/16/22. My problem isn't resolved. I often send follow up emails and hear a response after a few weeks. I placed my order during their Black Friday sale. I shipped them back as an exchange due to sizing. On their website, the Exchange Policy is: "we accept exchanges within 2 weeks of purchase. Customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost back to jubilee. You can exchange your items once per order." It wasn't clear that instead of placing exchange orders and returns simultaneously, I'd wait over a week for my items to be shipped and processed to receive an Exchange Code. After receiving it, the items I needed for Christmas were out of stock. I inquired with ********* and she noted they'd be restocked at the end of the month. The items were restocked a month later at full price. My "Exchange Code" operated as store credit for the website's entire inventory. It didn't cover the drastic price change since I first placed my order. Now, the total cost is $344.48. I wouldn't have ordered these expensive items intended for Christmas if I knew about the lengthy/misleading exchange process. Their exchange policy is waiting over a week for store credit only for your exchanged items to be more expensive and/or sold out. I requested she revise her policy for clarity and honor my initial sale with a discount code to exchange the items for the price I originally paid or provide a partial refund for the store credit I am left with. After months of contact, ********* hasn't rectified the situation or adjusted her policies. She disregarded a customer that has already paid for her products. With poor communication and a misleading policy, I'm reporting Jubilee and requesting a refund.
