      They closed ****** and ***************************** after decades of service, leaving these communities vulnerable and at the mercy of TRIPLE the drive time to neighboring ERs. Shameful!

      Waiting for a refund for almost a year and no check yet. Took them a minute to take my money but when they owe you money back, takes forever to get paid back

      June 19 2024 visit with PA ***** Rattsfor knee pain, Had one injection for hyaluronic gel in left knee. Was told to make two more appointments for the remainder required shots a week apart, I made two appointments before i left the facility. When I called to confirm the two appointments, they said they had no record of them I asked for a confirmation that I received the injectionJune 17 given by *********************. They saw the appointment but no mention of what it was actually done. After waiting more the 90 minuts for an appointment and then dealing with this. I will never go back.

      *************************** handled my problem with superb customer service communication skills and in such a rapid and efficient fashion that I almost forgot I was on the line with a utility provider and was actually speaking to someone helping me with my food order. Fast, efficient, and highly professional. Great job Titusville for staffing with excellence.

      Vendors. Do not do business with Steward. They purchased alot of product then cut off communication between my company and accounts payable. They would send replies through AP email that they have the invoices and "leadership will review before releasing payment". They never paid and now that I already paid my suppliers and paid sales tax to my state, it's a triple loss. 500 days since I delivered product now they claim bankruptcy. Maybe they should also acknowledge they're corrupt. Leadership instructed AP to not pay vendors. They have a history of it in other states.

      Went to the ** on advice of my MD. My MD called and told ** MD to admit me for 23 hour observation which did not happen. Because of this I needed emergency abdominal surgery the next morning. All Because there was no room at the Inn my health was was not important. Than having to be sent to another hospital for another surgery the next day Because of lack of proper supplies

      I wish I could give them a -10. Worst place to work at. I was let go a few months ago because I had an on the job injury. Never received my back pay and it took them 2 weeks to call me about my workers comp. I still have not received anything regarding being let go nor my COBRA information. You can reach anyone on the phone, know wonder they owe over $50 million.

      I arrived at the hospital on 12/5/23 at 6:20am due to back and stomach pain. They did an EKG, ***** test after two hours later they called me for blood work. After another hour they called me for X-ray. After getting the xray I was advised to wait in the lobby for my results. This was around 1:30pm. I did not have any one with me at the hospital. I did not have anything to eat due to the amount of pain I was in. Went to the front desk at 3pm to ask when was the doctor going to call me. She told me to have a seat and wait for someone to call me. I asked someone else and I was advised that I need to have a seat and wait for the MD to call me for my results. At 4pm I went to the nursing station and explain to her that I have been in the hospital since 6:20am and no one has called me to provide me with my results. The head nurse asked me for my name and told me that I my have kidney stones and that she will schedule me for an Ultra sound and that there was one person ahead of me an will call me soon. Twenty mins later they called me for the ultrasounds. I did the ultra sound and around 5pm-6pm I waited in the waiting area again. By 6:45pm I went back to knock on the head nurse office. She told me she was busy with someone but the person had already left the room. So I sat in the waiting area. Nurse had an attitude telling me that I been coming to the nursing station so many and I have to wait. I advised the nurse that I have been waiting since 6:20am to be seen by a doctor and haven't had anything to eat or drink while waiting for the doctor to call me. She told me either I sign my self out or wait for my test results. Another nurse advised her that she can not tell me to sign my self out. I asked her how is she expecting me to wait when she advised me that I only had one person ahead of me. She did not respond and just walked. At 8:30pm I decided to leave because no one was able to tell me what time I was going to be seen by a doctor. I need my lab results.

      I was a vendor for ******* ***************************** in *********. My company had to stop service due to non payment of invoices. The hospital has gatekeepers in place that will not allow any phone contact with anyone who could resolve the issue. The email replies are scripted. I talked to other vendors during my time there that also complained of non payment. It is so rampant that emplyees at the offsites all made mention of it. ****** how many lawsuits have been filed against them. They are a corrupt institution.

      Had a procedure done and chose to use their payment plan to fund what my ins. did not cover. It was set up on automatic payment. I ended up paying the bill off in full but that did not stop their auto payments. I called them about it and kept getting the run around about a refund, gave them multiple chances to resolve this and told them I would do a charge back with my bank. I did that now they keep sending me bills for the amount the payment was for. Multiple calls to them get no where. they tell me they refunded my card, but the thing is when you file charge back they cancelled my card and issue a new one as they kept trying to take more payments out. I recommend using another way to fund your procedures to cover what ins does not as there is no one there that can actually help you resolve the issue. It is always met with we will review it, but never a call back or a letter just another bill.
