      Terrible! I sent my bag back for replacement and never heard back from them. Multiple emails, no response. I should have known better when I saw that they did not provide a phone number. I'm out $250. I would highly caution anyone who is considering doing business with this company.

      We purchased a leather bag and received it in a lousy quality plastic bag...to say we were already disappointed that an expensive purchase was delivered in (what felt like) a knock-off ziploc baggie. Then there is threading that isn't secure and a few buttons that don't clip in. We've tried sending email after email but no response. We've tried calling the phone numbers on their website but the numbers are out of service. Do NOT buy from this company!!!!

      I purchased the *********** Men's Leather Overnight Bag for $219.99 on December 7th. After receiving the bag I discovered that it smelled so bad I could not give it as a gift let alone keep it for myself plus the quality of workmanship zipper placement and stitching were not good. I emailed the company on December 27th to request return instructions and requested a refund. After at least 8 emails and 6 responses that they were processing the refund as of today March 9, 2023, I have not received a refund. I have proof that they received the merchandise back on January 14, 2023.

      Leather bags does not honor the purchase deal. The company ships from ***** and you'd be lucky to get it.

      I purchased a leather bag from this company on 9/21/22. I called and emailed them to inquire about canceling my order, but there was no answer. When I received the product. I was disappointed with the bag because it was a used product, and one of the snap buttons was not secured. I contacted them through email on 9/29/22 to report to them about the discrepancies. They finally responded by email on 9/30/22, apologizing for not receiving an email. I sent them the pictures and an explanation of my discrepancies. On 10/02/22, they responded and gave an excuse for not answering their phones. They said, "Yes our phone number sometimes in the office the authorities got engaged with other work and hence some calls remain unanswered as we receive thousands of calls in a day." They also offered to send out a replacement. I declined and informed them I like to return the product. They gave me the address to ship, and upon receiving the leather bag, they will refund me in 8-9 days. I immediately sent it to them with a tracking number on 10/04/22. I contacted them on October 24, 2022, to follow up with why I have not received my refund. Their response on October 27 was, "There's a small team of people working due to COVID, also the one who do the refunds is suffering from COVID and is in critical condition However we have updated the other authority to do the same and they will check and you will be refunded in 5-6 business days ." On 11/08/22, I emailed them because I still did not receive the refund. They said they informed their "authorities about the refund and they will process it and wait 1-2 days." I still did not get a refund and contacted them again on 11/15/22, for my refund. On 11/25/22 they responded, "due to some technical glitch happened at our side we would unable to process it for you." They said it would be refunded in 2-4 days. I HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY REFUND.
