Terrible Company to deal with. They have been buying every ****** in our state an essentially have a monopoly, They treat their customers horribly. They do not understand the term customer service. They have exorbitant rates and insane additional fee, like fees on electric and a 3% environmental fee on everything. Their high rates have forced the working-class people off the water. The days of the friendly local ****** are over because of this money hungry blood sucking company.Review from Helen C

Can you give zero stars? Certainly appropriate for this worse-than-awful ******* My husband (and I) have been at *************** since the mid 80s and we've seen the most beautiful end of the lake become a laughing stock due to SHM mismanagement. I have called and left messages for corporate and fully don't expect to ever hear from them, but more than 4 years after they closed the shower house and bathrooms, we still don't have either. If you are so lucky as to use your 'membership benefits' at other marinas, you are gifted a complimentary bottle of wine... DELIVERED TO YOUR SLIP...but paying slip holders at ********************* can't get showers or restrooms. We just got to the boat for the season and found our boat locked down for an overdue bill. Not for our slip fee...nope, that was paid in December. Our boat was locked down for a $3.00 electric bill that was paid more than 24 hours ago. This ****** wastes time and energy on locking down long-term slip holders over $3.00? Find another ******* I know we are...Review from Billy W

The worst place you could possibly harbor your boat. I have been a member for two years now and ************************* is getting worse by the day. The noise is unbearable and they encourage it. A girl who works in the office and lives on her boat was playing her radio so loud that I recorded it and her boat is 200 yards from mine. They had people renting a motel room that played that thumping music til 4:00 am. When I asked the so called security personnel to handle it, he refused and told me to go inside my boat and I probably couldn't hear it. Wrong, I could. We finally had to get the local sheriff's office to get any peace. We like the dock and the people there were great at first but, now they tell me they will not honor my complaint. We like to sit outside our boat and enjoy the view in peace and tranquility. You can't do it at Wisdom. All they seem to be interested in is alcoholics, dope users and millionaires. They have already ran one family off and they were the best people you could ever meet now, they are trying to do the same to us. Not to mention, the slip fees have increased $500 every year we have been there. Save yourself and stay away unless you ARE an alcoholic, drug user or millionaireReview from Jeff S

I have been a member of your Port **************** now for 5 years. The ** at this site is so disconnected from what happens on a daily basis and his service group is just affowl. The number of service jobs that have to be redone is evidence of their lack of the correct skill sets. *********** answers are just a common thing anymore, tell us what you think we want to hear and hope we go away. Our facility security system has been nonfunctional now for weeks, when ** was asked about status of repairs again lip service, false information given hoping again we go away. Probably last season dealing with this.Review from Daniel N

I've been having a problem with one of the regional vice presidents. I'm trying to escalate the issue to someone at the corporate level but I only get a voicemail message. I've left 4 messages and no one returns my calls. I cannot find a customer service email address. Pretty poor customer service.Review from Terry H

I have been running boats five times now from Eagles Cove in *********. I took 19 members of my family on two boats that I paid nearly $10,000 for the boats were absolutely filthy so many things were tore up on them. This was the most disappointing vacation I have ever taken and to be taking so many members of my family the boats need repair I took a whole lot of pictures of everything wrong from the lights falling down out of the ceiling to paint particles falling off the ceiling to filth in the kitchen no one has cleaned. We even got a board and was ready to leave and realized they had not pumped out of our dump station out. Im very very disappointed in whats going on they used to be so nice. I was one of the first ones to get on the big foot two to rent and loved it so much. Ive been telling everybody and have so many people go there to rent boats from yall but this is very very disappointing. I would love to share pictures with you, so maybe you dont know whats going on, but the boats are in dire need of repair and I really feel like our vacation was not as good as it shouldve been , I hope someone will think about reading this so that I dont have to comment on how bad this trip was to the public. I hope yall can take care of this and hopefully maybe you can get back with me text me and I will be glad to send you. I took about 50 pictures Thats how bad things were to even the windows would not open so we could get the fresh air so that forced us to run air conditioner when we didnt want to, but the filth was the most distressed about the entire trip. Please please keep making these boats better because we love this trip. My grandchildren would rather go on this boat trip than anywhere else, but I cannot express how disappointed we were with this trip .Review from Vicky G.

I used to have nothing but good things to say about Safe Harbor ******* ********** ** and its staff. Not the case anymore. Ever since new management took over it's been downhill with uphill prices. The old staff that is still there are great. The women in the office are great. As for service department and management, well let's just say watch your backs or better yet, watch your boats! **** is awful. He will promise you things and it doesn't get done. He never returns phone calls and flat out lies. I don't believe most of the services I paid for was ever done to our boat. Our boat was broken into while in their care. The batteries were stolen, and they tried to steal the navigation system but weren't able to. They also broke the back hatch door right off. **** is avoiding **. I'm so glad we took our boat out of there. They shrinked wrapped our boat with the key in the ignition and all the switches on. When we took the shrink wrap off at our new location that's when we noticed everything that had happened. You can't trust them. **** got defensive after my second email trying to take the blame off them. I had to spend almost $500 in new batteries and screws to get our boat up and running. We still need to repair the door and a lock on the compartment door. He said to email him photos which I did and no response. I sent one last email saying I was going to report him and wasn't surprised about his lack of contact based on the reviews I've read about him. That's when he emailed me back saying he was busy and lets "chat about it tomorrow". I haven't heard a peep from him. He should be contracting me. I shouldn't have to chase him. This happened on their watch and they shrinked wrapped our boat after all this happened. You can't tell me they didn't notice what had happened. They should reimburse me for the batteries! We have stopped to gas up several times and couldn't ask for better service. Very friendly and always did everything to make our stop easy. On August 29th, 2022 we pulled in to gas up . We sat there for several minutes, no other boats getting gas, we finally went up to the bait shop and knocked on the door. Employee #*** stuck his head out the door, with phone in hand and said "yeow"?". We said we needed gas and much to his dismay he came out, handed my husband the nozzle and and started the pump. (In the past, they always pump it themselves. He stood there, no conversation , just looking like we interrupted his day. When we had our gas we gave him a credit card and again he was grumpy because he had to go back to the bait shop to run it. He came back , gave ** the receipt and walked away, never saying "thank you", "come back" or "can I help you ". We won't stop there again. !Safe Harbor Marinas LLC Response
