      Machine broke in 3 months. Finally got the *** to send it back. I just recieved the machine back. Broke after 5 minutes. I do believe they are guilty of deceptive trade practices. They have a big engineered in the *** on the box but on the bottom it says assembled in ***. **************************. This has been a horrible experiment to say the least. Look elsewhere for clean air. These are so overpriced on top of it all. It was good when it worked for 3 months. A total hassle to return. Stay clear of the ***s and the products.

She was dealing with an individual and not directly with Vollara. We have informed her that going forward we would be happy to assist her with any further issues.

      My light started flashing after about 7 months . I was told I would have to buy another bulb. There are only 2 of us and our water is filtered Regret spending all this money

      Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this customer's review. The customer purchased a LaundryPure 2.0 8/25/2022. The owner's manual states: "The ActivePure Cell Assembly requires replacement at approx. ***** hours of use or once every 12 months to maintain the Limited 3-year warranty. The LED will flash periodically (visual chirp) to notify that cell replacement is required." WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY We warrant the LaundryPure 2.0 to the consumer, subject to the conditions below, against defects in workmanship or material, provided that the products are returned to your distributor within the following time periods: LaundryPure 2.0 within 3 years of date of purchase ActivePure Cell Assembly within 12 months of date of purchase.The customer called ********************** **************** on 1/24/24 stating the unit had a blue flashing light. We provided basic troubleshooting and determined the ActivePureCell Assembly needed to be replaced. Based on the purchase date and when the customer called, this was outside the one-year warranty for the ActivePure Cell. We provided pricing to the customer; however, the customer elected not to place an order for the maintenance part. We have an account for this customer and can place an order for them at their convenience.Again, thank you for the opportunity to respond to this review.

      This company is a scam. They sell you products that are very expensive and then do not have the parts available to fix when something breaks. In the mean time they will sell you multiple other parts and that you do not need and then not return them. I do not recommend!

      Thank you for allowing Vollara the opportunity to respond to the above review. The customer contacted ********************** on 12/18/23 to let us know a part broke on her unit. We requested a picture of the part that was broken to ensure we provided the correct information to her. Once the customer provided the picture, we were able to get the correct part she needed. We contacted the customer for her current mailing address and sent the part needed as a courtesy at no charge on 12/19/23.Thank you for allowing Vollara the opportunity to respond to the above review. The customer originally contacted ********************** on 11/02/23 to let us know that her unit was leaking. Based on the information she provided us we recommended she purchase a new flex hose to correct the issue. She contacted us back on 12/18/2023 requesting to return this item as it didnt correct the leaking issue. We requested a picture of the part that was broken to ensure we provided the correct information to her. Once the customer provided the picture we were able to determine the correct part needed. We contacted the customer for her current mailing address and sent the part needed at no charge as a customer courtesy on 12/19/23. ********************** offers a 30 day return policy and unfortunately her request was not within that time frame. As a customer courtesy we are allowing the customer to return this item and will be providing her with the return information. We will be providing a full refund once the item is returned to us.

      This company sold me 2 ozone air purifier I paid a lot of money them and if you unplug them or turn them off they no longer put out ozone. They tell you you have to clean them every month, but you can not because they will not work again. They have replaced 8 of them between me and my herbalist. We are not happy with this company. They are refusing to give me back my money when their units are defective. I will never buy from this company again. NOT HAPPY!

      My name is ******** ******** and I wrote a complaint on 1/9/2023. I was shocked that a representative reached out to me 3 times (we kept missing each other) to see what the company could do for me regarding my complaint. I must say I am more than pleased! This company actually CARES about their customers! Can you believe that in today's world?? Most companies are all about the MONEY, not the customers. I THANK YOU ******** for contacting me, listening to what I said and you actually call me back with a resolve. ********, you represent Vollara well! If I were looking for extra income, I would choose this company because they strive to serve and service with care, character. The representation of this company displays EXCELLENCE! Vollara, don't forget I suggested protective covers for the Fresh Air Personals. I gave a complaint but I also recommended a resolution. Money is a Wonderful way to say, Thank you ********! Again Thank you!

      I have owned valara products since 2007. With Air technology I feel is the best of the best people walk into my home they don't even know I have ************* my fresh air purifier that cleans over ***** ft! Laundry pure no detergent no bleach cleans my clothes brighter whiter without all the lint.

      We ordered the alkaline water system, spent around $2000.00. Credit card was charged but accessory (ie. filters) were never delivered. UPS indicated, package was cancelled. We contacted the vendor, was told they will call us back. Never received call back. contacted via E-mail, was told filters were out of stock. (But they charged the credit card) So ,were they going to credit the credit card ? Contacted again via E-mail, was told rest of the product were shipped (could not tell us what they were nor no itemized invoice) tracking number was given to us. Week later, checked the tracking number, found out only indicated that label was created. Package has not been shipped, but the E-mail said "was shipped". Customer service of this company is not there, either they are not doing the job or lying to customers. PEOPLE BE AWARE !!!!

      For all the three items purchased (Air Laundry), I got all the necessary information to be able to use these products, while the Air Purifier is just a plug and play it was a no-brainer. The Laundry system was a simple installation that did not need any professional help, I was skeptical about how it would clean laundry without the need for Detergent and Hot water, tried on Floor mats, Mop cloth, and rags I used to clean my car, the results are amazing. I wanted to install the Water Purification system under my Kitchen sink certainly needed installation by a plumber, and I was given all detailed instructions from where I purchased it, based on their advice I had also purchased Ion Faucet (compatible with Vollara) for $211.00 for the faucet + Installation charges. Very happy I invested in healthy living.

      Bad company. Ripoff. Used the personal air product for 60 days then died. Paid $140.00 for a very bad product. No recourse. Don't buy!!!

      Thank you for allowing Vollara the opportunity to respond to the above complaint. We are sorry to hear of ******** dissatisfaction with the Fresh Air Personal. This unit carries a 90 day warranty. If it fails within that time frame, we will issue an RMA for the return of the unit for repair or replacement. We have reviewed our records and found that a Personal was purchased by someone else and shipped to her on 9/9/2021. However, we have no record that she has contacted Vollara Customer Service regarding this issue.
