I have request them to cancel my account a few year ago and they stated it will be cancelled. However, they restart taking $24 from my account. They really no number to reach them on and my credential to their doesnt to get access to my account with **********************. I signed up for Bundil in 2022. Half of my account balance disappeared in early January. Pending transaction have been debited from my bank account and not posted in the Bundil account (about $350). Customer support has not responded by email or ********************************. No phone number is available and live chat does not work. Today I cancelled my subscription and it logged me out of my account.Initial Complaint

I signed up for this app a few years ago. For the last couple of years, I have tried to cancel my membership. I use the "contact us" feature on the website but never receive a response from the business. I even have an email from 2019 where they said they would cancel my membership and never did. Year after year, I contact them when the membership fee hits my account and I now don't receive any response. I just want them to stop charging me for this app. I do not use it and it seems like I don't even have an account with them anymore because I am unable to log in/my email is not recognized.Initial Complaint

I opened an account with Bundil on 3/29/22. They quickly charged me for a monthly subscription and changed it to an annual subscription at my request the following day. So far, so good. I attempted to make several purchases of crypto right after opening the account, but they failed to go through. I repeated the attempted purchases with no luck. I wrote to Bundil Support and they were able to get 2 purchases of $10 each finalized fater several days. Repeated attempts to make additional purchased failed over the course of two weeks, and they informed me it was a problem with their partner. Meanwhile, they would designate me as a Free User. I grew frustrated after three attempts to troubleshoot the problem and asked them to close my account and refund my subscription fee of $24.99. They refused.
