I purchased a Matte Black ******* Speedflex helmet skin for my son and have not received any updates or responses to my emails. There is no customer service line to call and I am getting no response on instagram. At this point Im worried that this may be a scam and would like some communication about the product I purchased for my son. I was sent a tracking number but it has said label created for over a week. Im just looking for some professionalism, communication, and respect for my money spent. Thank you.Initial Complaint

On July 13 2024, I placed the order. I was advised it will take 7-10 days to arrive. I have yet to recieve my order. The only way to contact the company is my email. I contacted them 3 time and yet to get a response. Therefore, I want my money refundedInitial Complaint

I ordered the product in late July. I was told that we would have our product by our first game, August 25th. That didnt happen. When contacting them and asking if we would get the product by week 2 of our season the response we got was Ill have my production guy reach out. No response from the production guy. I asked for a refund and he said he would check on it. No other response. We want the product or a response with a reasonable time frame for delivery or we want a refund. Delays happen. Machinery breaks. Businesses get overwhelmed with volume. As a small business owner I get it. Im in the same ********** now. All I want is communication. I want honesty and not to be blown off.Business response

We apologize for the communication breakdown between the sales representative and the customer. This has been corrected and the customer has been communicating with a customer service representative to ensure their product is delivered and create a better experience.Initial Complaint

I purchased a product from this company on August 31, for the price of 59.99. The website said the item will ship in 5-7 days and have received no information on the product. I have tried to contact them twice and have received nothing. The company game day skinz accepted my payment plus the $9.99 for shipping but has not shipped my product.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 16, 2022/12/21) */ Game Day SKinz launched our product to the retail market in July, 2022. By mid August 5 x as many units as we anticipated. This particular customer ordered a product off the website with a shipping timeline of 21 days at the end of August. Less than a week later email was sent to customers, that had ordered in this window that there product delivery would be delayed. They were given the ability to request a refund or wait for delivery. No response was received from this customer, therefore the order was not cancelled. This customers order was fulfilled and they were given a full refund (for the delay), a discount on a future order, as well as being able to keep the product to use and enjoy.
