      I am filing this complaint regarding JobTreads misleading sales practices and refusal to issue a refund. JobTread does not offer a trial period and only provides a limited demo with a salesperson. During my demo, the sales representative assured me that the software would meet all our needs and that our assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM) would handle the setup.Their sign-up page prominently advertises a 20% discount for annual subscriptions but fails to disclose that this subscription is non-refundable, even if the software fails to function as promised. After subscribing, we found the software lacked critical functionalities, and despite the **** assistance, they were unable to configure the software to meet our requirements.When I requested a refund for the annual subscription of $3,636, JobTread refused, stating that no refunds are allowed and would not escalate the issue beyond the **** I was told that the *** would not hear any complaints or consider a refund under any circumstances.JobTreads lack of transparency is a serious concern. They offer refunds for monthly subscriptions but not for annual ones, which implies that they take advantage of customers who commit to the annual plan without a way to evaluate if the product will work for them. There was no indication on their sign-up page or in any communication that refunds would be impossible.I feel this is an unethical business practice. If customers cant validate that the software meets their needs, they should not be forced into a year-long, non-refundable commitment. I believe JobTread is acting in bad faith and am seeking the BBBs assistance.Desired Resolution: I am requesting a full refund of approximately $3,636 for the annual subscription, as the product was misrepresented and does not deliver the promised functionality.

      I was contacted by the owner of the company today and he agreed to refund my money. I'd like to withdraw this complaint and mark it resolved please.
