I visited this location on 11/01 with my family and it was HORRIBLE!!! I arrived around 6. I asked the waiter about a specific menu item (wing trio) at which time he said he would be 30 wings. Only for the food to come out and there about 24 wings. He apologized and stated that he just started 3 weeks ago. Next, there was a bug in my daughters drink. She told the waiter, he bought another drink. Lastly, the absolute worst part of all, I asked the waiter directly face to face about an online promotion that said you could buy a $150 giftcard and receive $50 game play. I also asked if the game play had to be used in the future of would I be able to use it now. I had it on my screen ready to purchase as I was asking the waiter. He said he would go check. He came back, asked for me to write my number on a paper he had. I did and he walked off. He came back about 7 minutes later and said it was all fine to use during this visit. I told him that we would take the check. He proceeded to say that he already applied the card to my bill with whoever he took my number to but then still said my bill was $201 because all of it couldnt be applied which made no sense. He showed me the bill on a device. He had gotten the game play applied with the gift card portion instead of the game play portion which made my **** ***** appear higher. Not my fault at all. I asked for a manager, explained it all to the manager in front of the waiter who agreed with what I said he said and did. However, they were both looking at me as if I needed to pay for his mistake. Not to mention the waiter begin to talk down to me after realizing he was wrong instead of taking accountability. He even put his finger up as if he were talking to an animal or a child and I am neither. At that point I removed myself from the restaurant since no one wanted to handle the situation properly.Review from Joy J

Topgolf is nothing but a greedy corporate monster. Theyve implemented numerous changes to the the way they do business that make it less enjoyable for the customer. Starting with the $30 reservation fee upfront, the Our maximum, and most importantly theyre unwillingness to help and assist customers who require help and assistance. Their staff is less than friendly and I wouldnt waste your $200 on the unfortunate experience.Review from Rudy A.

The service was awful, the server wouldnt not allow us to pay with our top golf gift card. After paying with a credit card proceed to tell us to leave at once and threw our card on the floor.Review from Angela W

I am extreme disappointed with my first experience in the TopGolf ********** location on Feb 4, **** at Bay 308. I made an online/on the app reservation a week in advance and paid 25% deposit at the time. I received an email confirmation that stated: You already paid a 25% deposit at checkout. The remaining balance will be included in your final check. This will be presented to you in the bay. I also received an email stated that I need to arrive at least 15 minutes earlier to avoid any delays. When we arrived yesterday, we were 30 minutes early. We didnt get to our bay until two minutes past my reservation, and when we walked up to our bay, there were still people there finishing up. I forgot to mention this is my sons birthday party, and I brought an ice cream cake there. When I made the reservation online, it clearly said they will store ice cream cake for the customer. Our cake was not stored at all, it was either left outside or in the fridge. We were there for a total of 2 hours and got our cake approximately 1 hour 30 minutes into our reservation. When we got the cake, it was melted. The name has already been smudged and the sides were all melted. We also had to service ourselves majority of the time by giving ourselves new forks whenever we wanted to change utensils.The manager also changed his story multiple times regarding my 25% deposit and basically to make a long story short, I lost my 25% deposit to miscellaneous charges and basically had to pay more money. The manager also told me to never reserve online and to wait on the wait list going forward to avoid any of these unexplainable fees.Review from Joseph R

Should have came here first before booking my event since this place has 1 1/2 stars. Pathetic. Book an event, had to reschedule for a smaller event and they said no. And they did not offer any other options and did not want to refund my deposit. How do they do business like this. I will never entertain this venue. And I have disputed the charge with my bank and I will get my deposit back. So, who actually lost here??Review from Chin S

A friend of mine booked a birthday party event there and paid in full The birthday person got very Ill the day of event and top golf would not cancel, said its in contract that she would lose all her $ and then hung up!!!!!!All she wanted to do was to change the event date!!!! Not looking for a refund Extremely poor customer service!!!!!!Trust me, they were very sick, and couldnt go out. (Symptoms of Covid but tested negative). Maybe they should of showed up with their ailments so it would spread??????Why wouldnt they just change the date?????I can understand paying a penalty fee, but to keep ALL the $????I will never refer this place to anyone!!!!!Review from Olivia V

Horrible customer service from the Ontario Top Golf. I was planning an event which would include 2 bays. I called the number on the website and spoke to a rep. I asked them if I could pay my deposit with a gift certificate if I go into the facility or is my only option is to pay online with 50% down. They stated that I could go in and pay for my deposit with gift cards. So I purchased my gift cards $700 worth and went in on a Sunday. Drove 1 in half hours there and back just to be told that they do that. A gentleman there was very nice and pointed me to the right direction. Speaking to her she had no answers and said hey are a "new" facility and don't have all their process down like older Top Golf venues. She stated, "they have very young workers and couldn't help". Someone would call on Monday. Mondays call (sales team)- The first person I talked to keep changing my words around and was not understanding my issue. She kept interrupting me and was rude, I asked for her manager. Managers call- I explained everything to her and she let me talk about the issue. I told her due to my call from your office/cooperate I paid for $700 worth of gift certificates and drove 3 hours on Sunday with wrong information, waste of time and gas. Its not my fault that the right hand does not talk to the left hand. She said I understand you probably saved "40"dollars with purchased gift cards. Gift cards or not I'm still a potentially customer. She said there's nothing she could help me with and advised me to call corporate. Customer Service here is horrible . I'm not able to call or get a hold of anyone from corporate. Worst experience and still trying to fix it.Review from Mo C

Be careful when buying e-gift card from this company. They secretly remove your balance hoping you didn't notice and offer no explanations. Luckily for me, I monitored it carefully and was able to get a refund from them.Review from Noah L

This place is such a joke! Called a week ago to make reservations and they said we couldn't, so asked if we could still walk in and get a spot they said yes we should get you in within an hour or two. We ended up waiting for 7 1/2 hours standing around in the facility. To get a drink from the bar was like trying to get ahold of the president at least 15 mins. Would never recommend going here to anyone! You'd be better off hitting balls on a golf course for half the price. They could be making so much more money but poor customer service is where they would get my 5 stars!
