I ordered taxi ride services from Taxi In a Flash on December 31st 2023. **** answered and picked me up at my pick up address. He charged me $20 for driving town the street, less than 12 minutes away and purposely took the long route. This ride shouldve been no more than $8 , but my car just got repossessed recently and I didnt have any other options for a ride home due to my phone being broken. I left my tablet in his car and I have him on call telling me that he has my IPad. He said he will drop it off and asked for my address but never did. When I called him to ask where my iPad is, he made some excuse saying that he had my tablet, got it out the trunk (which is the safest place it could be to avoid theft from customers) put in on the passenger side and that his Hispanic customer stole it 30 minutes ago. Hes a liar. I told him that I have tracking device on the tablet and it shows its with him. After that, he hung up the phone and blocked my number. He owes me for theft.Initial Complaint

I called "Taxi in a Flash" to pickup my son, (on Friday, March 11 at approximately 3 pm) who was outside restaurant (i.e., *******************************************************************) to pick him up there and take him to local hotel. I paid for trip (plus tip for driver by credit card). Taxi Driver was given correct pickup address many times as he kept calling me that he is lost. He told us that he was having trouble with GPS several times. After a substantial period of time, the would-be passenger left and walked to destination. The driver told us that he had put the wrong numbers into his GPS. I want to get full refund for non-pickup.
