      I paid $59 for a phone consultation and missed it but I continued to correspond that their treatment plan was acceptable and got notice my prescriptions were being sent. I waited a little longer to call the pharmacy and they didnt received any orders. I left a voicemail, I have messaged them that my pharmacy has zero orders and I am being ignored now.

      I had an online visit for medication and paid $59.99. They sent the prescription to the pharmacy but there was not a physicians signature on it so the pharmacy cannot fill it. The pharmacy has left two messages to the company asking for a call back so they can fill the prescription and have not received a call back. At this point I just want a refund. Every communication method Call on Doc has is unresponsive. This is so unprofessional

      Callondoc was absolutely no help and I know my BMI is over %30. I want my subscription canceled ****. They don't answer the phone number provided and I can't cancel through the website or portal mentioned. This website is a complete scam and demand my subscription be canceled immediately. I don't give a c*** about the $60 but I will not be charged for this worthless service again!

      On August 27th I put in for Compounded Semiglutide. I chose the higher dose which cost more then the lower dose. Provider approved me but for the lower dose yet I was charged for the higher dose Semiglutide. Then today I received my prescription in the mail, did as told .25ml and noticed after I finished the 1ml was less then half full!! There is absolutely no way this is 4 doses of .25ml. It looks like I have enough left for maybe a half dose of .25 left. I have written messages to them through my profile along with pictures and no response back. I then texted them, no response, called them 2 times and both times I got voice-mail saying to leave a message with name and phone number. No call back from them! I must have been sent a half full bottle that I paid $185.00 for which would have been more but I had a $20.00 off coupon. So a half bottle along with the extra cost of a higher dose that I didn't get. I'm so disappointed with Call On Doc right now, it's been a few yrs since I have used them but they clearly have gone down hill since then. I have referred many people to them in the past, no longer can I recommend them. They can't even have the decency to call back, answer their phones or message back. Also, this is during working hrs on a Thursday so no excuses. Shame on you Call On Doc! I have no trust in this company unless they rectify this terrible experience I've had.

      On August 28 I had a consultation and marked several times that I needed liquid form of the pill they have. I received a perscription for pill form and was told they would not be able to update it to liquid despite me mentioning several times in the visit that I needed liquid.

      Did an online consultation on 08/19/2024. Said my prescription was sent in, called the store and they said there was no attending physicians signature on the prescription and something else. Called and emailed multiple times, they claimed they called pharmacy to fix issue but instead my prescription was cancelled so Id like a refund. How do you send in a prescription with no signatures? Then wont fix the issue.

      Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. The patient was frustrated because we were unable to prescribe the requested medication. We explained that, as a general policy, we do not prescribe or refill injectable medications, except for insulin for diabetics and certain weight loss medications. As telemedicine providers, our services have limitations, and some medications require close monitoring. We also want to inform you that the refund request has already been processed.

      I started a telehealth consultation on 8/12/24 and I cancelled the consultation before being completed and expected a full refund. Ive sent multiple messages asking for an update on my refund. They say ***** hrs. Today is 8/15/24 and I have not gotten my refund of $34.99.
