Should have paid attention when he was folding the papers and only provided the areas for signature. They pulled a fast one and tacked on $1000 for the sale price and $1000 prep fees on the vehicle. Dont fall for the alleyoop so they can gain some additional funds from a sale. Saving ***** is the vehicle is under manufacturer warranty so we contacted a viable dealership. Not including all the other issues that went on that day. I guess we looked like some pushovers and dont call them on their mess, they get upset. Then you look like youre the problem with this transaction. Do your homework and check everything before you sign, they got me but also loss a repeat customer. I will continue to sing against them!!!!Review from Liz S

If i could give them no stars I promise I would. Let me start by saying run away when you see their great deals. Bought a car 2022 and car was great, great deal great everything. Well 3 weeks in transmission started to act up. Towed it a total of 3 times to dealership and car was still under warranty but would not cover because car was already fixed by autohaus. Well car kept acting out until finally transmission failed owner was willing to help us fix it. But now **** car is still acting out and is all due to a wreck the car had either they are changing their carfax or something sketchy is going on. We bought extended warranty and now that will not cover because car was previously involved in a wreck. When I tell you this is a SCAM dealership it is a SCAM. RUN AWAY do not purchase from them do not even try to see what they can offer you. This has been so stressful on my family and expensive as well. I do not write reviews but let me tell you I do not want anyone to go through what we are having to go through.Review from Chad C

Attempted an out of state purchase and things were wrong from the beginning. They didn't honor *******'s assessment of my trade-in. They were awful with responses and when the deal finally started to take shape, 19 days later, they failed to sign the title for the bank to send the money. Once the title was sent back to them to sign and return, they sold the vehicle. After my bank overnighted the title and prepaid overnighting back to them. After signing all of the agreements to sell and accepting our loan, we're stuck with no ************* damaged, and trust in car dealerships ruined. I should've known better. When I contacted them to understand what happened, they blamed my bank. When I contacted the bank, I listened to the recorded conversation and they lied to me. Crooked, lying, car dealer. Buyer beware. Also, carefully inspect the invoice or terms they suggest in their paperwork. We had to make several corrections.Review from Sheri Y

This car dealership does not know what's going on from the sales floor to the online option. I, originally inquired about a car online. No response. Reached out by phone and began working with the sales floor. I received a call from online inquiries the next day and told me they were working the floor dealer. I made an offer $2600 off the asking price. He went off and started telling me ... that's not happening, you have TTL and that puts the car way over. I want aware TTL went into any commission. That was a totally different cost. I called the general manager and he leaves you on hold where you just hang up frustrated again. They lost the sale of a car with paying CASH!
