They lie to me hummer h2 have NO Rust In reality was a rust bucket to a point of holes outside.I gave $1100 to fly to this address from *********** to see a very bad vehicle.They apologized for the lie .I want a refund.Business response

The MEGA MOTORS on ******* in ****** sold me a car after saying it had no problems & kept making their own rules on the spot changing it every other minute. Before I left the lot I told the guy the car air didnt work and other things didnt work but they were in a rush to take my money so even though I told him that he proceeded to put my money in the machine saying I cant get it back. The car isnt it drivable, I have a 1 year old and its too hot to drive a car in this heat plus the alignment is off, the transmission is bad and its missing bolts inside the hood, the car is in horrible condition and they knew that. The car was originally 800 down but they told me their boss wanted an extra 200 so they took **** from me and the guy said the only way he can put me in a car with working AC is if I pay ANOTHER 200 and none of the other cars air worked either. I just got the car on the 14th of *********** want me to make a car payment of 200 already on the 20th when I get paid every two weeks..it havent been 2 weeks and now they telling me they cant change it and its nothing they can do.. the car is horrible and the ***************** told me and my dad that h*** give me 75% of my money back then turned around and said oh my boss said its no money back but he never got on the phone or spoke to anyone before telling me that. Im extremely upset and I need my money back because the car is in bad shape and 2 personal mechanics I went to told me they dont feel comfortable with me driving the car because of how bad it is that itll explode especially with how hot it is. The driver seat cant even slide up and its very unsafe to drive.Business response

July 14, 2023. **************** signed a Motor Vehicle
Retail Installment Contract and a Buyers Guide stating
she purchased the car AS-IS with no Warranty at the time
of purchase. Mega Motors, Inc. is not responsible for the way a
customer drives or maintains their vehicle while in their possession.
Mega Motors, Inc. towed Ms. ******* vehicle in.
Her vehicle needed a battery. Ms. ******* vehicle is ready for
pickup.
**************** had plenty of time to address the condition and her
concerns at the time she test drove the vehicle. She was not
rushed or coerced into purchasing the vehicle.
**************** just needs to bring her payment due of $200 to our
******* location to pick her vehicle up. There is no charge for
the tow or repair.

I traded a vehicle and $800 for a used Suburban. I was to pay $100 a week with the first one due May 5. They came and took my car back a week before his payment was due. Now, they won't refund my money or give me any consideration. This business is predatory and should be shut down.The police say I must go to court. I have no money to hire a lawyer.Business response

Retail Installment Contract and a Buyers Guide stating

customer drives or maintains their vehicle while in their possession.
************ came into our office on May 5, 2023. He received a
refund and signed a Form 3 Agreement to accept Collateral in
Full Satisfaction of Indebtedness.

The actual complaint is the fact that my payment was not due until may 5, 2023. They stole the vehicle back from me 1 week before my payment was due. I have the paperwork to prove when my payment was due.Customer response

Dear Sir or ****************************** Representative immediately reached out to ******************* on May 5, 2023 when I was notified of Mr. ***** complaint. *********** went into our ******* location to pick up his refund. I have attached the Form 3 Agreement to Accept Collateral in Full Satisfaction of Indebtedness with Mr. ***** signature and acknowledging he received $400 cash refund.

Mega motors are not providing valid tags for vehicles leased out their dealership. They are collecting payments without providing valid tags which puts myself at risk to be pulled over and given a violation citation as well as my car being towed.
