After accepting a conjob from a representative for Entouch Wireless. I accepted a free phone. By accepting the phone they remove my ACP from my primary service. Their local representative on the island of ****** does not return my calls. Entouch Wireless phone number is disconnected and Boomerang Wireless (connected to Entouch) number goes to music then disconnects. Due to none of these contacts responding I lost the use of ACP and they are currently using my Lifeline because I have had no way to disconnect the service.Review from Debra C

I was intimidated to sign up. I did not verify that I wanted to switch my service. Another competitor for SafeLink came over and distracted me, while ******* for entouch processed transfer. He was very rude and aggressive, wouldn't take no for an answer. I called my provider, told them what happened. They gave me a number to call. When I called I was told that my account didn't exist. However, ******* for entouch took a picture of my ID. He set it up without getting other information like what program allowed me to get service (snap, etc). My identity has been stolen and I was signed up fraudulently. I am now without an active phone. I AM DISABLED WITH NO FORM OF COMMUNICATION. I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW I WAS TREATED LET ALONE A SAFELINK REP GOT INVOLVED TO DISTRACT ME FROM WHAT THE ENTOUCH REP WAS DOING. Now my previous service says I am no longer eligible for their service and I will have to pay per minute to use their service in the future. Oh wow, when I went to leave this review- I was asked for a phone number- I do not have an active number.Review from Ken L

Stay away from this company, they don't not have adequate support. My phone's has been disconnected for over a week and I can not get my number recoverd. Every time I contacted someone oversees without the knowledge of knowing what to do. Worst experience ever...I hope this helps in any!!!!!Review from Mil P

Spent inordinate amount of time waiting on hold and multiple attempts to get in touch with customer service, only to be disconnected. EnTouch Wireless customer service ***** BIG TIME.Review from Ivette I

************ turned off two weeks into being a customer and after one week service still has not returned. I have not been able to get a customer service rep through their only method of troubleshooting, which is to call customer service. This company is a disservice to *********Review from Delia T

When I signed up for their cell phone service about a year ago, the sales representative incorrectly inputed my social security number and now, entouch wireless customer service representative refuses to help update this error or transfer me over to a supervisor to help me with this issue. I called, ********** Lifeline and they said that entouch wireless has to update my info. Now, I will lose my cell phone service because contract is about to expire. What a waste of time!!!!
