Avoid! ***************** a waste of $$$Today June 4,2024, again I returned to fix the same issue with the ** (charging me $324 on top of what they already charged for the work that was never done right and after repeated repairs - initially they installed a new compressor and refrigerant but the ** was still not functioning properlyblowing hot air. The first time I reported the problem, I was told the technicians didnt put the right ratio of refrigerant and oil mixture; then on the second time the same thing happened and again and again the last time I returned I was told that I have to wait until summer when its hot outside so they can fix the problem!?That seemed strange but I did what they said and today (June 4th a hot Summer day at 95 degrees weather forecast, I have returned. They called 3 hours after I dropped off the car at their shop to inform me that they discovered a leak and needed o-rings at a cost of $324 to repair. Its apparent that they never did a competent job when they replaced the compressor the first time. The first time I went there was June 2023 and today is June 2024. The ** was not functioning properly since this issue happened (since it was not needed in the cooler weather days, I didnt have an urgent need for it. But now it is summer and Texas ******* are brutal and air conditioning is not a luxury but vital necessity.) ****************** **: returned 6 times already (Uber+stay)ea time ? R-headlight: went OUT about 3 months after replacement .

It is a shame that someone with as little understanding and so much ignorance to automotive A/C can be so closed minded to advice from TRUSTED and trained honest career specialists in this industry. You refused our advice to drop the car off for several days, could not comprehend that A/C struggles cannot be diagnosed in the winter, refused to accept that your old worn out car that you overpaid for had multiple A/C problems. You hate your unreliable car that you should not have purchased and then refused to listen to the only people in this industry honest enough and with enough skill to fix it for you. We bent over backwards. You refused to listen and refused to leave the car here for a few days so we could get an accurate diagnosis. When we told you in detail of the other possibilities causing the A/C to still not work properly you refused to listen and just wanted everything for free. Well. That isn't how it works. And I feel bad for whoever gets you as a customer from here because you were TERRIBLE to deal with.

This customer came in with a failed compressor. Inoperative. He then put 30K miles on his car since the original repair. We helped him the first time it came back. After that we explained the car had additional problems causing the A/C not to get as cold. He missed multiple appointments, showed up unannounced demanding service, refused to drop it off and would only wait, insisted everything should be free because he had one repair done 30k miles ago. His headlight assembly broke after we put the headlight bulb in and caused it to fail. Not our fault. We replaced it for free!! This is an unreasonable scammer customer that just wants everything free. We are happy he will not be allowed on this property and feel bad for whoever has to deal with him in the future
