      I leased a car on Memorial Day weekend. It's now July 15. Every week I've asked for a copy of my contract. I still don't have it. There were originally three errors in it and I had to sign three different versions. At this point this feels very shady. **************** is terrible. Sales, Finance, and the ****************** have all been disappointing over the years. I've had 5 Hondas and may buy a 6th but I definitely will not use Honda of Denton.

      Please do not buy car from this dealership , worst experiance on service, completetely runied my daughter first car experiance even with just 400 miles on car and in ******** as I went for first service , and my AC was not working , even at service desk they person was very rude and after checking told there is some wire damage it is now covered in warranty and it some rodent damage even when I have been tried to say check it , they aimply refused and when I asked how they can be confident and how much it will to fix it , they told just to diagnose it will cost 300 $ which is non refundable. very rude and unproffesional behavior , how come they even deny warranty when they even have fully diagnosed it.

      Im very disappointed with the lack of communication from the service department. On June 1, 2023 I was REQUIRED to pay for a part that wouldnt be ordered unless I paid for it up front (almost $2700). It took almost 5 months to receive the part but I wasnt notified until I asked if the part had been received. Now my car is being repaired but I dont get any updates unless I ASK for an update and its very vague! It seems as they dont care about customer service since they KNOW they will get my money either way because my vehicle wont survive without the repairs being done!

      Dealt with salesman Buddha or Buda think and Sales Manager, *****. Online advertised MSRP of $32K discounted to Dealer Price of $31K somehow became a an MSRP of $33K despite being unable to show me . That was issue number one, false or bait advertising, take your pick. Then they tried to tell me the $4,797.00 in fees for the Appearance Package were mandatory because they were already on the car. Thats right, floor mats, a cargo mat, wheel locks, and window tint will cost you $4,797.00 which suspiciously is the EXACT amount another attempted customer in the ****** reviews said they were told was mandatory on the Civic they wanted about 8 months prior to my experience. Overall dishonest and misleading. Could not recommend less.

      There was an actual error on our website not caused by Honda of Denton. We do have the records to support this. However, we attempted to contact the customer via phone, text, and e-mail in order to satisfactorily resolve the matter, and have not received a response.

      If I can give zero stars, I absolutely would! Purchased a vehicle from them used August 10, 2023. The vehicle completely went out September 10, 2023. When I purchased the vehicle I asked specifically if there was a warranty I was told it wasnt it wasnt which I understood. As ****** proceeded with the paperwork towards the end, he did suddenly mention one of the paperwork as being a warranty for transmission and engineat that point my ears perked up and I stated to him so there is a warranty. He responded by saying yes this one comes with it! I found out the warranty did not come with it. It was an additive which cost me $2000 in which if Im not mistaken, he received a commission. Coincidentally, the vehicle has transmission problems. When I called yesterday to remedy the situation, I then found out my car cant get worked on at the moment until they correct the mistake. I was very irritated at the moment when I found it out, but was somewhat relieved because the warranty I was tricked into covered that. The auto shop where I had my vehicle towed called me this morning and told me the warranty company told them to stop working on the vehicle because technically, I wasnt covered. What I found out happened was that ****** didnt send off the proper paperwork in order for me to have what I needed to get my vehicle worked on. So not only did he place the warranty with my purchase, which somewhat worked out in my favor because I end up having a problem in that area , my car cant get worked on at the moment until they correct the mistake. I would be very leery and cautious doing business with them. I am now seeking legal counsel!

      Scam, Not reliable, please be VERY VERY CAREFUL with Honda Of Denton !!! I recently purchased a car from Honda Denton, was thinking this as my best experience and gave 5rating but later after receiving documents realise they adds some insurance without my notice(hence decreasing rating to 1). During finance process I told them that I don't need any insurnace/policies and went with multiple docs sign. After receiving docs at home noticed some extra charges $6000 (for some insurances). Requested them to cancel the insurance(by deducting the prorated charges), they saying these already added and non cancellable(no one informed any details about this and its charges) - who added and without my notice a surpirse for me. While requesting to check who added and to cancel their insurnace(by deducting the prorated charges) getting reply - "We have you signed docs and you want can go fill the law suit". I dont know when they added the insurances, + reading multiple docs not possible (was relying on them as I had informed them "I have my own insurance and No insurance required from them"). Who added and why not informed about these insurance details and specially that these are "non cancellable", buyer wont forget if he himself selecting such non cancellable policies and that too for $6000, Trying to follow up but getting reply manager on leave since last 3-4 days, call later. Guys, request you to recheck your docs (if already purchased) & careful while dealing with Honda Denton and pls post if same experience.

      Honda of Denton management has spoken to this client on a number of occasions to try to resolve this issue, but the client refuses any offer of resolution. During the sales process, the client agreed to a payment and bottom line figure. After completing the preliminary paperwork, our client was then taken to the Finance and Insurance office to go over any additional products to protect thier investment, and complete the official documents for the sale. While inside the finance office, the client agreed to the purchase of a vehicle service contract and gap insurance. Both the client and his spouse signed the accept/decline form for these products, as well as, the insurance documents for each product and initialed both product lines on the retail installment contract. These products can both be cancelled at any time, and when the client requested that we do so, he was provided that opportunity. He did not cancel at that time, and still has not. What he then asked for was a better price on the products because he had a friend buy the same products (two years prior, on a different model) for a lower price. They also signed to purchase paint, fabric and interior protection as well as a vehicle tracking system to be added at delivery. Both the client and his spouse signed the accept/decline form on these products as well, and they also each have a separate form explaining the coverage provided, which was also signed. These are accessories that are added to the vehicle during delivery, and can't be removed. When he spoke to us about these accessories, we reminded him that the products have already been applied to vehicle and are now part of the car. The customer then said he was unaware of any of it and wanted us to credit his lender the full amout for all of the products. The vehicle was purchased 3 months prior to this conversation, and the possibility of changing any of the figures or canceling the transaction had long since past. In good faith we offered him a sizable credit to our service department and the option of canceling both insurance products, but so far, he has refused, instead opting to write negative reviews and post derogatory information on his employers forum in an effort to get his way.
