Agents have been calling me outside operating hours. Also sending text to my phone it inappropriate hours also calling multiple times back to back. I should not be receiving calls and text at 6 oclock in the morning eastern standard time. This is in direct violation. This needs to stop. My car payment is never outside of the 30 days. This is in violation of the **** act. **** Rules for Contacting Customers Do not call residences before 8 a.m. or after 9 p.m., according to the recipient's time zone.Companies must maintain an internal do-not-call list, and anyone upon that registry may not be calledBusiness response

We dont find this customer in our database. He may be a customer of another **********************. We are a franchise doing business as CNAC. We are located at ************************************************** and we do not have record of this customer buying a car from our location. It could be that he purchased from a different location that does business under the same trade name. I was denied help regarding being affected by covid! . Let me explain my situation. I'm a travel CNA and the only downfall about being out of work due to sickness is that they don't offer sick pay etc. The money is great but that's the only thing I dislike. My family has been hit by covid badly. It started off with just me but now it's my kids. My daughter has severe asthma, respiratory issues throughout the year. I wanted to ask my parents but they only make $9 per hour and barely making it themselves. They are my only source. It's been ruff for us because I can't work and i'm the only sole provider. I'm on the verge of losing my home as well. I was trying to seek help to see if I can get help from the community or social services but everything has stopped and I'm baffled because cases are rising daily. There's literally 19k out of work due to this mess. From the hospital bills , personal bills.I don't think i'll ever be able to catch myself up even if I do file my taxes because my car payment alone is $406. I'm honestly not sure what to do.I wanted to see if I can request a 1099c and just cancel my debt all together because the interest alone and me not bringing in income is going to hurt me in the long run and I will never be able to pay this. I'm a single mother and this has been such a struggle. My credit has always been good and not being able to pay this will harm my credit. I rather just request a 1099c to avoid a repo especially since I can't control health issues credit. I'm a nursing student and this has caused me to be so stressed about life and college. My mother who's the cosigning is now part time due to her own health issues, She barely making it. I don't deserve to have a repo. This company should atleast be considerate that cases are rising and people are affected. I really don't want a repo especially when I don't deserve it. I hope they will change minds and help me out during this hard time.Business response
