  • 24-hour return policy
    We offer a 24-hour return policy for appliances costing at least $150. If you paid for In-home delivery, or installation the cost of delivery/installation will not be refunded. We will pick up the appliance for free in accordance with our free delivery and pick up policy.  There will be $100 deducted from the refund for EVERY failed pickup attempt. If you chose to leave the appliance outside for us to pick up you are responsible for making sure it is secure, if it is stolen or physically damaged no refund will be issued. To request a refund text 512-766-8349 within 24/hours of delivery you must use the word refund in your message please also include your order number listed on the warranty sticker. we will schedule a pickup day within 14 days of the request. We will reply to your request within 7 business days. For the fastest response call after you text, as we do not always check for text messages on this number every day. 
    THERE IS A NO RETURN POLICY FOR APPLIANCES COSTING LESS THAN $150.
    After the 24-hour return window has closed we offer an additional 90-day Repair or Replace Warranty.
    Repair or Replace Warranty 
    In the 90 days following your delivery if you find any functional defect not listed in the original posting we will repair or replace the appliance. The choice of whether to repair or replace with another appliance cosmetically and functionally similar to the original listing will at be the sole discretion of EverNew Appliance L.L.C. Repair Service or replacement will be offered within 14 days if the customer is not available for our first offered time, an alternate time will be offered. If we show up for a scheduled repair or replacement and we are unable to make contact or gain entry to perform the repair or replacement the warranty may be voided at the sole discretion of EverNew Appliance.
    To request a repair or replacement please text 512-766-8349 with your order number listed on your warranty sticker. Warranty requests made through other mediums including but not limited to Facebook messenger or our other phone numbers may result in longer wait times or no reply. We will reply to your text within 7 business days. For the fastest response call after you text, as we do not always check for text messages on this number every day. 
    Strange noises:     strange or unusual noises that do not affect the functionality of the appliance are not covered in our warranty. If your appliance is making unusual noises we still encourage you to contact us, however, whether a repair or replacement is offered is at the sole discretion of EverNew Appliance LLC.
    Damage from misuse or abuse:     Damage from misuse or abuse is not covered in our warranty, this includes but is not limited to failed repair attempts by the customer or 3rd party, damage resulting from moving the appliance, bent, cracked, broken, or otherwise physically damaged parts, liquid spills on electrical components, washing or drying items not recommended by the manufacturer, or sabotage.
    Acts of God or man: damage resulting from acts of god or man are not covered by our warranty, this includes but is not limited to lightning strike, power surge or brownouts, theft, fire, flood, and hard water buildup.  
    GFCI TRIPS ARE NOT COVERED FOR ANY REASON! Call an electrition to have them replace the outlet with a NON-GFCI receptacle. 
    The warranty is limited to the item purchased. We are NOT responsible for loss or damage resulting from the use or misuse of any item sold on this site; including but is not limited to loss of food, water damage, electrocution, fire, sickness, or death.
    Stop payments after delivery; ANY attempt to stop or reverse payment after the appliance has been delivered without attempting to request a repair or refund and waiting at least 7 business days for us to reply will void the warranty and the return policy.  This includes filing a dispute with your card company or with PayPal or any other attempt to get your payment back outside of  Ever New Appliance LCC. Warranty be void and no refund or repair will be given. 
    The repair or replace warranty applies to all appliances costing at least $75.
