I took my vehicle to ****************** to be restored. I drove the vehicle into the shop. Year after year, visit after visit, phone call after phone call, excuse after excuse, today, Monday, June 27th, I finally had enough. I went to the shop to pick up my vehicle after being told by the secretary/bookkeeper, "to come pick up my vehicle." Upon arrival, the entire staff, including the owner, came out belligerent, cussing me out. I went with no intention of arguing, only retrieving my vehicle. Now literally in pieces and no longer drivable!!!! I ended up having to call the police to avoid a physical confrontation. The secretary/bookkeeper, owner, and staff said I was trespassing and continued to yell obscenities as they brought parts of the vehicle to me. At this point, the entire vehicle will need to be redone. Not only is it in parts, BUT has worse damage than when I originally took it to them. It has been brought to my attention that this has happened on several occasions to other individuals. However, they have not pursued any legal action for whatever reason. I, on the other hand, am praying to put an end to this so this nightmare does not happen to another individual.
