The quality of work and service is not good. I repeatedly requested *** to come back and replace shingles that would not lie down. They say give it about a week and the shingles will all lie down properly. They did not. They replace a portion of the roof. **** came out again and did not make any changes to remaining portion. I called again and the team leader that was working with ********* at the time told me to get pictures of my own roof. I have a 4200 sq ft two story home. That will be unsafe. The representative was extremely unprofessional. They smiled in my face until they received the last payment. My next door neighbor got their roof replaced around the same time. You can definitely tell the difference between the two. I truly enjoy my neighbors roof. I hate driving up to my house. They also released my personal data. My neighbors were able to tell me everything about my roof's cost, when it was going to get installed, etc. A representative later came by to apologize. This was the worst experience of my life. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!!!!

This is the first I am hearing about this. How can I address this issue when I don't know of it? You need to call the office and speak to a Manager.

MAJOR ROOF *******! BEWARE!!! RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY DID NOT COME OUT TO REPAIR THE ******* *************** LIED ABOUT THEIR LIFE-TIME WARRANTY!!! OWNER NOT RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS!!! I paid MRG Construction Services to install a roof on my disabled mother's house. I hired them because they were listed on ********** website as a "certified contractor" and "vetted" by ********. I wanted to make sure that my mother got a good roof with no problems, especially since I live out of town and can't keep a close eye on everything. Low and behold, they did not flash in the solar vent correctly, causing water to enter the attic every time it rained! My mother lives in ************* which is an area that does not get a substantial amount of rain. Therefore, for many months, the water would stay contained in the attic by being soaked up by the insulation (which damaged the insulation causing it to need replacing). and dry up. However, by spring 2024, rain has been plentiful, and water started running in different directions! This is when the problem was discovered---when it started pouring in from the living room ceiling fan! By this time, a large crack in the living room ceiling had occurred, along with damage in the bathroom and furniture! I contacted ***************, the *** rep who installed the roof and explained what was going on. He never sent anyone out to repair the faulty roof. He emailed me that the owner of *** was in ************* and could stop by on July 22, 2024, to review the damages. He never showed up! Therefore, with rain heavily on the calendar, I called another roofing company out to repair the leak--which cost me around $1000. *** DID NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! ***'s website says "skilled to meet all your construction needs!" and that they are "experts", "professional" and "courteous"! WHAT A BUNCH OF MALARKEY! What a nightmare!

Not true at all. The truth is the homeowner neglected to notify us of a leak immediately and instead waited until almost a year to report. In fact the homeowner admitted, she thinks the damage was from a recent wind storm. This is negligence. I spoke to **** yesterday and asked her to meet me at her rental and she stated she was out of town and could possibly come in 2 weeks. I am still waiting on a response. We always stand behind our work and always will. However, we will not be taken advantage of. Sincerely, Team MRG

We needed our roof replaced due to a heavy wind storm. The *** Team were very responsive to our inquiry for a contractor to take the job. They were in constant communication to make sure our needs were met. When they arrived to replace the roof they were able to complete in a day! Very grateful we used ***, they did not disappoint.

MRG performed quality repairs (new roof, gutters, water damage, fence repair, re-finishing/staining/painting) on my home following damage caused by a severe hail storm. My project manager *** was professional and kept me up to date throughout the process and was always easily reachable. They worked well in collaboration with my insurance company and me, and after all repairs were completed settlement on final payment was an easy process.

Their billing is very shady. They refused to send us the bill for the work unless we paid for the amount they requested. And the amount they requested is way beyond the roofing work performed, as the insurance claim covered other items not fixed by their roofing project like sunscreen and sheds and they asked us to write a check with all paid by the insurance regardless work done by them or not . This is totally wrong
