i purchased a ************** Salute to Service Hoodie on Nov 6, 2023. I never received my product and haven't received tracking information or anything. I tried messaging them on ********* calling the company phone number and it just goes to a voicemail, i sent an email to cancel the order #****** and to refund my money that i paid. I ordered an item on the website belonging to this business. The item is now " unavailable " as they emailed me to tell me that information. The business address seems to be a residential address. The order online still states in process. I asked for a refund of US$149.90 which is CAD$204. I've received nothing. It's distressing with inflation and Christmas. I feel this might be a small business but there's no excuse for not refunding when they can't complete the ordersCustomer response
