Worst store ever, they cant seam to make a pair of sunglasses and then when you need new lens due to a scratch. They will take your glasses and your name and tell you they will call you when theyre ready. But 2 hours later when you come back to get them they will tell you that you shouldnt have left!!!! REALLY ***!!! I wasted two hours driving around doing nothing with my grandbabies. I am sons of b****** Want to tell you you gotta stay in the store., S**** the store. Ill go to ******* next time at least you can get in and out and no problems. Last time I was here and ordered my glasses I got a second pair so I figured Id get sunglasses but they werent even tinted. I dont know what the h*** this stores got going on but they must hire anybody off the **** street. The guy that works on the lenses in the back he comes out of the office his office every 10 minutes to walk around and scratch his ***, worthless worthlessEyeMart Express Response

Insurance not mentioned. Bought 1 lens for a frame I had. Bought a ************ also. Cost $1008. Within 2 weeks a crack formed from edge of lens in the new frame. Returned to Vision 4 Less in ****** and was informed they won't fix it because I have no Insurance. There is now another crack lower down from the edge. How do you have a business!!!! I have witness to the fact that insurance was never mentioned. Where is pride in your products, and care for your customers.EyeMart Express Response

Business called and I was given new glasses and lens. The lens were faulty and had cracked in three places.Review from Gail B

After receiving my glasses within a week, they had scratches not due to anything other than normal cleaning. When I went to them with my concerns. I was told because I hadn't purchase the extended warranty. There was nothing they could do even though they were supposed to be scratch resistant.. I will never go back to them again.EyeMart Express Response

This store employees ******* a person to come in Order glasses For a minor with out Permission from The Guardian. Who is the only person that cares for this child? I spoke with the supervisor in the store about the matter. And she said that it was okay because the person had The Guardian's phone number. Where does the privacy come in? This is a privacy problem for **** think this person should never be able to do this without the guidance permission. This is very concerning to ******* going to doctor office Anyone can assist your records Hippo violation. The person. Was even able to take the glasses out of the store. He could have done anything with the glasses they didn't know him. He's nowhere on the child's records . Florida store in ***********. Was in the place yesterday did my exam went into the try on and figure out the glasses the lady was great yesterday and was quoted for 2pair of glasses ****** went into the facility to today the wanted to charge me ***** more than I was quoted yesterday very rude lady today must be paid on what they upsell have to go find another eye glass place very upsettingReview from Chad G

On 9/25/24 around 5:20PM I arrived at Eyemart on Coliseum Blvd to pick up my warranty replacement lenses for my Oakley frames that I ordered from Oakley direct. I contracted Eyemart express to replace the lenses due to scratching that had happened to them, which was my own fault. Upon arriving I was greeted by an associate with a "Ma" name, I do not remember her full name. She took me to the back side of the front counter and I handed her my frames. She effortlessly popped out my old lenses, and attempted to put in the new lenses purchased through Eyemart. She then noticed and told me "they made the lenses a little too big, I can't get them in, I'm going to go in the back to trim them, and get them to fit". After about 15 minutes of waiting she came back out to tell me she got them in, but broke my frames doing so. After looking, she broke off the left nose piece. After some bantering she told me she could give me a $100 credit to new frames, of which is about 1/3rd the cost of the frames she broke. She told me I signed a waiver (a year ago) that waived any wrong doing if they were to break my frames. She never said sorry, never sympathized, and all the other associates smirked when she said I signed a waiver. This speaks volumes to the lack of technical ability and quite frankly competency of the entire staff there that night. I was very boisterous in my distaste of the situation, and I could see other guest extremely surprised on how she was handling the situation. Zero ownership in her mistake, and zero empathy. All this to say, I highly doubt the ** or DM to stand behind me, and this will likely go unnoticed, or responded to. It's clear that the management there is not doing their part and letting their employees act with negligence. 50 years ago a upset customer might tell 6 people about their experience. Now that customer can tell thousands.EyeMart Express Response

Disappointed. The lady did not tell me of the walk in even after she knew it was URGENT AND DID NOT . I ASKED SEVERAL TIMES HOW TO GET SOONER APPOINTMENT. I can't. Leave any stars. Zero because I was refused help several times and was VERY POLITE even when reception laughed about my appointment being a month away when I need contact s or glasses to drive.EyeMart Express Response

On my 4th pair of glasses. Not made correctly, and I've spent over ******. Even with a doctor ******* for the 4th pair. 1st pair progressive only very thin line down middle and nothing in focus.2nd Pair single lense. Midrange out of focus and right eye not clear as left in distance.3rd pair HD progressives left eye distance and mid great but readers on very bottom edge of glasses. Right eye one clear and narrow field of view compared to left NO HD. 4th pair not right either doctor ******* no HD in left no right eye find. Taking back tomorrow ?? for 5th pair.EyeMart Express Response

Visited Springfield Illinois Store Absolutely the Worst experience was Greeted by Tech ***** who was extremely rude, and of no assistance she informed me that a appointment wasnt happening that the doctor was leaving at 1:30. This store has limitless Possibilities to succeed if they revamped and got a Staff in there that is eager to serve the Public, and be grateful they have a job if I could rate this store a 0 I would very dissatisfiedEyeMart Express Response
