12/29/22 - I received an email confirmation/receipt in respect of a payment I made for a product.4/14/22 - I sent an email to request a status update but received no response.6/28/22 - I sent another email requesting a status update and received a reply stating that the product will be shipped within 2 days.7/8/22- I sent an email requesting an update as no product had been received.7/14/22. - I received a reply informing me that the product is almost complete.7/14/22, 8/5/22 and 8/9/22 - I sent emails asking for an update but received no replies.Customer response

He is correct in his complaint. I recently went through divorce and the had to sell my house and move. I have the holster in storage and will get it out.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: The business owner previously promised to sent me the item I paid for but has never done so. I note from his reply that he will retrieve the product; however, he has not committed to send it to me. I will gladly accept and close this case and thank you for your kind intervention once I receive it but at the moment it is just another promise to deliver.
