Grasso Public Adjusters is illegally holding our insurance check from our insurance company written to us as homeowners with a total in excess of $10,000. Joseph Grasso the owner of the company told us, "f*** you, sue me" for the check. Not only is this company unprofessional but criminal. The entire company should be dissolved as they cannot together perform basic tasks such as answer phones, provide invoices, or give the insured their insurance checks as they are required by law to do. They have also illegally deleted all our invoices and all information pertaining to our claim so that we can no longer access it. I would like to also mention that we arrived at their place of business to pay them and to collect our insurance check. Instead the owner who appeared under the influence of something told us to go "f*** off" and that he would "beat the sh**" out of my husband. I would advise their A+ rating be significantly lowered to reflect their real conduct and ethics and help BBB maintain their integrity with other consumers. I do not want to be contacted by anyone at Grasso Public Adjusters because they can not simply act in a professional or adult manner and I'm totally through dealing with their insane behavior.
