I had a terrible experience at this location still with no resolve. I went in and was quoted $1k for a new alternator, I got the new alternator and was told ready for pickup, but they now found the valve cover gasket was leaking and it would be another $500. After speaking with the owner he agreed to comp the labor since I was not told about this issue mid repair and I paid for the parts. I left there thinking now my car was completely fixed. Fast forward and my car is mis firing when in park or foot on the brake, still under warranty I brought the car in and the technician said what needed to be repaired the first time was the solenoids and not valve cover gasket. She proceeded to tell me that she told me that right before she was quitting and was unsure why the mechanic fixed the valve cover gasket instead of the solenoids, but regardless now the problem is worse and it will cost another 1k to fix the issue.I have no idea how I would be able to know that the solenoids should have been repaired and not the valve cover gasket. The only response from the technician is that she is unsure why the mechanic fixed the wrong thing. Frustrated is an understatement. I have gone to this location for years, but under new owners seems really shady.
