****** the property manager completed the move out walkthrough prior to our lease termination date and will not refund the full security deposit amount. This is in direct violation of the lease agreement. We are seeking to have the final $1000 returned to us for violation of the lease.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/02) */ Rocket Realty Agent ****** did the final walkthrough in compliance with the lease agreement. In accordance with the lease agreement, Mr. ****** was provided with detailed pictures of the damages done to the property and vendor receipts who fixed them. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/08/03) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The lease agreement end date was June 30 and the walkthrough was done prior to the end date as our belongings were clearly still in the house as provided by the photos taken. Therefore this is in violation of the lease agreement
