Approximately a year ago we had solar panels installed, We are trying to refinance the residence where the panels were installed we have been told Kinetic Solar no longer exist so we have been making payments to a company called Goodleap. The company we went through for the equipment, ******* said Kinetic never paid them for the job, so there is a lien on the property. We are trying to resolve this but no one is answering their phones. so where is the customer service after the saleBusiness response

Hi There,
I am very sorry to hear that ************** is not getting the details he is looking for, however I believe that *** be due to the fact that he is calling the wrong company to answer those questions. Our business does not have any installations teams or customers in ******* and we do not have records of a "*******************" having purchased a solar system from us in any state that we do have business.
There *** be another business in his area that is using a similar name to ours, but we are not in that market in any way.
I will call the Keefes and make sure they are aware that they are contacting the wrong business. The best place for them to get the details of who to contact, would be through their loan provider or on the installation agreement, that they should have a copy of. (If the homeowner doesn't have a copy, they can always ask their loan provider to share a copy. The loan provider requires the install company paperwork be submitted, before funds are dispersed.) A quick look at the paperwork should answer their questions and also prove that it was not our team who completed their project.
Please let me know if anything else is needed to make sure this does not become a negative item on our record.
