  I hired Mainsteam Landscape in May 2022, They were hired to put in sod, flower beds, sprinkler system, turf, and a putting green. After being promised by the owner Andy ********** that he would be here everyday until its completed here we are in October with a mass amount of dead Sod, dead plants, a horrible turf and putting green install, multiple zones in the sprinkler system not working and leaking, multiple flower beds not done, and trash left behind. I paid project in full that cost $60,000! The Owner Andy now does not respond or show up. I now have to pay a irrigation company to repair and fix the sprinkler system, hire a putting green and turf company to properly install, and a landscaper to redesign and correct the poor drainage in the yard. I am being told that the irrigation was not done to code on zones and that bad rotted sod was installed. The days he did showed up he just dropped off a couple guys with no knowledge of the job to do. I have parts of the yard that is collapsing from improper drainage. I will send photos if requested, you will be disgusted

The 1st claim he made is false. We have done extra work and have not been paid. Talked with ***** in person and said we would fix the few issues and he agreed. Then the next day he texted he found another company. We have warranty on all work. I have driven by several times and have yet to see a turf company there, so the 35k he is saying is completely false. I did pay another company to replace all turf correctly. It's was $35+k. The job actually just got done today as a matter of fact. Also I never hired a company to slope the yard or pay anyone on the side. I paid andy through Venmo and can provide proof. I paid andy over $64k and all work done is poorly. He is a dishonest business owner that ripped us off. All product used is being replaced by another landscape company at a cost of $44k. The flags are visible in the yard. The complaint I hired for the turf and putting surface is AKM turf and greens. They are okay with y'all calling them to confirm all this work was done and I have receipts showing the cost. I also have before and after photos and had my builder come by to see the poor job andy did. The company im using for the landscape repair is turf pro. You can also contact them to verify the work they have been hired and paid to do and verify the poor quality done before by andy.
