I hired Divine Air Solutions through a trusted ************** I am associated with. I saw their advertisement on the page and reached out for an appointment. Upon their arrival at my residence, the guy walked in without introducing himself and immediately asked if I had a dog. He then tried to get me to go into each room and show him where my vents were. I immediately felt uncomfortable, but they had their equipment with them so I let them proceed with the "job". When they were done I was charged double what I was originally quoted, and the vents were not even clean. However, I did not know this until after they left and I took my own pictures. The man showed me a random picture of a clean vent that couldn't have been my house because I took my own pictures after they left. I was charged $388.80 for them to shop vac the entrance to my vents. Not only did they leave a mess and not put back my furniture, but they also broke a lamp right in front of me. Me, being the person I am said it was okay because accidents happen and I wasn't aware I was getting ripped off at this point. To add to the creepiness, I sent the "owner" a message on ******** telling him I was not happy with the service and felt that I was scammed. He asked that I not be mean to him because he was "sensitive" too, and then said "he would talk to his technician". I have yet to hear anything back and am now out $388.80 and still have very dirty ducts. I canceled my debit card in case they tried to charge anything further, and I am thankful my kids and I are safe as they made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
