I parked under a tree last night and wound up with bird droppings all over my car, so I brought it to this car wash to clean it up. The cost of a base wash is $5, I upgraded to the $12 car wash. When I went through, there was still quite a bit of droppings left on the car, so I asked if I could run it through again. An employee initially said OK, but then I assume he said something to the supervisor and I was told they couldnt do it because theres not that much left on the car. He suggested I get a spray bottle and a rag to clean up the rest of it. If Id wanted to wash it by hand, I wouldnt have paid $12 for a car wash in the first place. And as far as there not being that much left on the car, I took several pictures and Id be glad to share them with anybody who thinks Im overreacting. I tried to call their corporate headquarters for resolution (several times), but nobody ever answers and the voice mailbox is full. I actually have a membership from this location on my wifes car thats automatically charged to my credit card every month, I attempted to cancel it when they wouldnt let me run my car through again. They took down my information, but wouldnt provide me with any documentation that I was cancelling my membership. So I imagine *** probably be filing another complaint on them in another week if and when they charge my card again.Initial Complaint

I have attempted to cancel our monthly carwash membership (in name of my son, *********************) by sending emails via the website and several phone calls.- August 2022 - I spoke with the owner at the ************************* location in August and he assured me he would get the membership canceled. The ************** location was called but no one answered and the voicemail was full.- Sept. 16, 2022 - I was charged $10.00. I called on 10/2 and left a voicemail at the *********************** location (************** voicemail was full and no answer). I also sent a request via the website to which I have received no response.- Oct. 17, 2022 - I was charged another $10.00.- Nov. 7, 2022 - I am filing a BBB complaint to get the charges to stop and refund me the $20.00 Please help!******************* ************Initial Complaint

Clearly advertised add-on services were charged, but not provided. I am a longtime customer of ******************* at **************************************************************** asked to get my tires and wheels clean, and paid $12 for the Gold Wash. the sign said it included Tire Dressing and Wheel Clean. I have gotten this package many times before, and after passing through the tunnel, I would park under a canopy while staffers cleaned my wheels and shined my tires.On March 23 I did this, and was told that I must pay more; that I had not paid for Tire Shine. I showed them my receipt, that clearly stated Tire Shine, yet the man still argued. So I took him to the sign that stated these services were part of the Gold Wash package for $12, and he said its an old sign.The supervisor said his name was *****, and I believe he is new, and is clearly not qualified for any job involving customer service.
