On October 27th I was searching online for low price divorces. The first site to come up was reliabledivorce.com I looked at their website they seem legitimate they offered a 100% satisfaction guarantee and said they provided the services I need. I began by entering my information for payment. Everything seemed to be going fine until after the payment was submitted. It was then I was unable to do anything on the site, the whole page would not load, I could not see all of the check boxes. I attempted to input my information the page kept glitching sending me back to the beginning to input payment information again. I could do not utilize the website at all. I then tried to contact the company multiple times by phone, they had two numbers available one of which was a constant busy signal and the other just ringing. I also sent multiple emails which which appeared to be sent but then we're queued and did not go through. I also attempted to utilize the online chat service which was dysfunctional. I also left a message on their site with no response. I have also reached out to the company that processes payment, stripe, and had no response from them. I have also filed a dispute with my bank which they are telling me they will probably not be able to credit my money. This is obviously a scammer with a bogus website that preys on people during the worst time of their life, taking their money while they are most vulnerable.Initial Complaint

I went to site because of the $99 divorce that was advertised! I paid my requested amount then was guided to the next page which I was to fill out my information. After I did this I was redirected back to the screen to make another $99 payment! I contacted the business for two days via email with no response! I have tried calling the number provided but it has been busy for the last two days! I also tried the chat button on the site yet still no response! I simply want a refund because I feel I have been scammed.
