My 14 yo suffers from PTSD and Clearfork ensured he would receive a plethora of therapies in a safe healing environment. They state my son was passively suicidal and needed to be transferred to higher care, yet the website and intake ensures they treat passive suicidal ideation. Clearfork billed the health insurance for a ***** day treatment period has also retained $4200 paid to them by myself, when in actuality they discharged him after 11 days and two beatings, in turn amplifying his symptoms from an already excruciating PTSD diagnosis. Clearfork was not a safe place for my child. He was physically assaulted twice by the same two older boys. The second attack came after the director promised me he would be safe. He was not given any medication for sleep or anxiety. He was given nicotine without my knowledge or consent. He was transferred after the director called and said that the worker was scared and that my child was suicidal. At the hospital, he was medicated the way he should have been at Clearfork for his anxiety and sleep and began to heal in a safe environment, albeit not the proper environment. My son BEGGED me to send him anywhere but Clearfork for continued care. The social worker at the hospital advised I listen to him. The medical records have been altered the last couple days before he was discarded by Clearfork. They checked he was passively and suicidal and no was left as well. NO to self harm also. This business advertises and ensured at intake that they treat passive suicidal ideation. Yet, they kept the money and transferred him out for higher care and additional bills from the transfer hospital. Clearfork also failed to return personal property requested ($500 worth).
