Took two payments out of my checking account they need to put one of the payments back in my checking acct.Business response

On April 5th the application we use to process payments had a server crash. During that time, our automatic payments where still able to process, however the system was down and unable to recognize it. Once the system was restored the following day all of the unrecognized payments from the previous day were processed a second time. This error was quickly identified by our collections department and all double payments were voided. We did receive phone calls from customers stating they had two payments taken out of their bank accounts, including the Sekulas. Our customers, including ****************, were made aware of the error that had occurred and were informed that the payments were voided on our side and the funds would be back in their account within a maximum of 5 days. We have not heard from **************** since April 10th giving us the impression that his double payment had been corrected the same as our other inconvenienced customers. I believe this issue and misunderstanding can be resolved between our staff and ****************.
