  I hired M.H.I. to build a garage and when it became clear the owner was trying to scam us with additional charges not in his original bid we asked him to stop work. He agreed, but refused to return almost $50,000 for work he had not completed. We also recently found out that the owner, ****, changed his name and started a new construction company in 2021. ********************* was formerly known as ******************************* and his previous company was *** the Other Guy Construction. Needless to say, I dont recommend hiring **** or M.H.I., and would like my money back.

  This client did his homework that I do lots of free work so he was very greedy he asked me for a rough estimate and I told him I need plans he did not provide me with the correct plans then he told me to get plans so I did it took us two months to get everything together once I gave him the price he backed out of the contract I did not agree to that that put me in a really bad position for my company, as my name that is none of your business you really dont know what youre talking about my grandfather is *************************** and Navy seal a war hero this name change has Home Land Security reasons and the other company is not a bad company I own another company I dont have any bad reviews about it, You really shouldve done your homework you have no idea how much damage youre causing

  He asked me for a rough estimate for a shell of a building with no obstacles. I didn't know what the engineer was going to do precisely, and I told him I needed plans; he did not provide me with the correct procedures, then he told me the first contractor told him it would coast over 200k, so he didn't t go with that contactor, and he didn't get the rest of the plans, so he asked to get plans , so I did. It took us two months  working on his project, from removing a massive garage with a metal roof   a car port the foundation of a car port we removed giant trees we rented a porta **** we hauled out 5 large loads of trash and Debrees then he start adding items to the building windows *********** a bathroom a greenhouse he added 48 electrical outlets a A/C system this building became very large I told him the existing foundation won't hold it he said do it any way he will take the responsibility I told him I will only follow the plans so when we added everything that was not in the original estimate he fired me and my crew I lost so much money I almost my company i have already took him as a customer so I turned away lots of jobs once  he fired us we had no work for over a month I lost employees and lots of money then he called a week later asking me for money for work we already did  , he backed out of the contract I did not agree to that that put me in a terrible position for my company, as my name that is none of your business you dont know what youre talking about my grandfather is *************************** and Navy seal a war hero  and the other company is not a bad company I own another company I dont have any bad reviews about it, I still own both one residential and other is commercial  You really shouldve done your homework you have no idea how much damage youre causing
